I have toothbrush and recently bought waterflosser. Really good products, long battery life. We had a small problem with waterflosser leaking, customer service was excellent and replaced the unit so quickly. Highly recommend.

The one star is for the speedy response. After almost 3 months my refund has not been paid despite many emails assuring me it was forthcoming. I'm sorry to say the 60 day refund guarantee didn't work for me. To add insult to injury I paid over £4 to return it.

Best electric toothbrush I've used. At my recent dental appointment my dentist asked if I used an electronic toothbrush, told him I used the full ordo range he was very impressed and so was i because not even a scale and polish needed.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace an Oral B. So far good. Brush seems well made. Teeth feel nice and clean after use. Can't yet comment on life of battery before it needs to be recharged. It is nice and quiet. 30 sec time intervals don't quite seem long enough for each quadrant of the mouth, but it is simple to repeat cleaning cycle. Toothbrush creates a lot of fine spray which covers the basin, bathroom mirror and surrounding areas.

Really enjoy this product. Value for money and quality is great.

The ordo gear is very reliable and as long battery life. Good which review too. Good price but the materials of construction externally do not wear well. Plastic is prone to marking, needs a tough clear outer protection layer.

I had 2 ordo water flossers. The first one leaked everywhere in the first week. I returned it and it was refunded. The second was a present. It lasted 3 months. Then it stopped. It showed all its lights, it turned itself on in the middle of the night without warning, shooting water everywhere. Lots of times it was impossible to turn off again. Now it sits forlornly on the bathroom shelf, all lights ablazing and stinking of stale water, despite my cleaning it thoroughly and often with denture tablets. I would have returned it but I'm about to dump it because I do not have a receipt and I did not want to ask my friend for one. I relied on media and on these reviews and I was disappointed. An expensive mistake which I won't be making again.

Very good service value for money

After an initial fixing issue with my sonic edge brush head, a replacement was sent and the toothbrush is fantastic in terms of both performance and value.

Too much vibration in the toothbrush and handle , didnt feel nice when brushing .

I’m so glad I made the switch from Philips sonicare! I got a premium toothbrush for the price of a basic Philips and my teeth feel a lot cleaner with the ordo toothbrushes. Great power that lasts for a month or so instead of charging every other day! Amazing

A very good value water flosser. The only think that I would say is that the buttons for on/off and flossing power/ mode would be better in different colours. Otherwise a really good value device.
