Ordered a pair of boots shopping Shoesee.
Received a pair of boots that where not the ones ordered.
I went round and round with their returns. They refused to make order right or return my money.
Highly encouraging not to order anything from this site.

Received my dress. It is made of cheap tissue thin material. Nothing like the picture of it! It doesn't fit either. I won't be sending it back though, as I have read other reviews, how it costs £10+ to send it back, but I won't be getting my money back, I believe their reviews, as they are right regarding the poor quality. I won't be recommending them, or buying from them again!

Had to give a star just to write a review PLZ do not order from this international website bad business trust me lost some money and PayPal can’t get your money back because of some bull smack tracking numbers they put PayPal shame on you

Please aware of this orderplus scammers unwearable ! absolutely iv been scammed In advertisement this bad Hongkong based thief show pretty and cheap price but sending like doll material ugly dress I'm so gutted ..can't send this back stay away from this

I ordered nearly £70.00 worth of goods I ordered a medium size but when they arrived they didn’t even fit over my head I contacted them and they gave me a address in Hong Kong so I bagged them up and sent them back it cost £10.00 two days later they were returned to me saying address did not exist complained to the email given and they only refunded me £38 so I got tops that wouldn’t fit a child never mind adults steer well clear of them they always advertise under different names ninacloak is one they use total scam they need to be prosecuted and stopped from trading even PayPal didn’t help

Never received an order confirmation after paying via PayPal. Finally received my order after weeks, calls to the company, emails to the company and PayPal.... The products were cheap, not as shown, no labels, poorly sized (one medium dress is HUGE, the other medium dress is tiny) and not worth the price I paid for shipping. Lesson learned re: Orderplus and the many other company names that they use. Buyer Beware!

Bought a pair of dungarees which were not cheap. What arrived was a piece of fabric with no buttons, or fasteners of any sort. Unwearable! Simply bagged up and sent totally unfinished! How on earth can they continue trading with such poor quality in so many ways?

Orderplus international is a highly organised business that is totally devoted to theft, pure and simple. Their aim is to steal your money they appear to be aided by PayPal in this.
Goods are inferior rubbish and bear no resemblance to those advertised.
Don't even think about buying from this company.

Would be 0 stars if I could. The quality of clothes are the worst I've ever seen. Please don't waste your money as you can't send them back and had to claim through the credit card company. Complete Crooks!

Bonjour je mets une étoile parce que je ne peux pas mettre 0. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu toute ma commande seulement une moitié. Dans ce que j'ai reçu les grandeurs ne correspondent pas. Je n'ai aucune nouvelle et je suis incapable d'entrer en communication avec eux.
Finalement plusieurs semaines plus tard, après plusieurs communications avec eux et demandent de leur part par exemple tout inscrire les articles, numéros, prix... des articles en litiges ils me proposent de garder les vêtements qui ne font pas et me rembourser environ seulement 30%. les vêtements ne font pas que pourrais-je faire avec? Aussi je n'ai toujours pas reçu 2 articles que j'ai tenté d'annulés mais ils me répondent que c'est trop tard. C'est 2 articles sont payés avec la manutention ... et j'ai toujours rien. Aussi j'ai payé les frais de manutention pour un article qu'ils ont annulé m'informant que la qualité n'était pas bonne. C'est vraiment 0 étoile.

I am in the UK. I ordered a green mid-length french-style dress for my daughter's birthday, from "liveliky.com" and after spending £35 on the dress and £10 postage 18 days later I received basically a piece of grey 'kind of' dress/jacket 'thing' that bore no resemblance whatsoever to the dress I ordered - with cheap order-plus labels sewn in. It's not even finished!!

I tried emailing the company with the address they gave on their website but of course, it bounced straight back. I then came straight over to Trustpilot as I should have done right at the start, and low and behold they are a scam company by others reviews also.
I have since done a bit more research under the other name of Order Plus that they also go by, and sure enough, there are more reviews of these scammers.

The odd thing is, it's all set up so legitimately with proper order details and regular delivery updates, returns policies etc - one could be easily fooled.
I am normally quite savvy with these types of things and I'm just annoyed that because their website and their policies etc looked fine it didn't occur to me to check.

It appears they have changed their name a few times.

Liveliky/Orderplus - if you see this review you should be ashamed of yourselves. You are nothing more than thieves and liars! But clearly, that's not going to bother you.

Seller information has 'service @ sheokay.com' for Orderplus International (Sheokay also has poor ratings for scams etc.).
Sells on Amazon, ebay ads, other pop-up ads, and via their sites. Use Paypal etc, however is a complete scam where they sell misrepresented product which looks little like the photos, is not waterproof, has dummy zips with no pockets inside, and the sizes vary from massively over-size, to massively under-size. A request for a return is usually met by the same response, 'As we are in China and it is expensive to send back to us, we'll give you a refund' (typically less than 50% the amount you paid), which means they're still in pocket due to the clothing being much cheaper than even the 'discounted' selling prices.
