Site à fuire produits qui ne correspondent pas à la qualité shorts en tissu de mauvaise qualité.
J'ai voulu essayer mais je regrette

Junk quality. Sizing as described on the website is wrong. Received two of one item. Haven’t decided whether I’ll contact PayPal or just absorb the loss. I’ve been caught once before falling for attractive items that turn out to be poorly-fitting junk. Maybe I’ve finally learned my lesson.

Ordered 2 items from Cotosen. So far I haven’t received a thing. Only email with a fake tracking number and a fake tracking/delivery site. Having read the comments on Trustpilot I don’t expect to get any refund although I have requested it. What concerns me more is why PayPal allows this fraud to continue.

I ordered a blouse and a top - neither were as described in the advertisements - notably the materials were not linen, cotton or lambs wool but some sort of plastic fabric. The only returns address is in China and the cost of returning these clothes far exceeds the cost of the order. They offered me about 20% refund which would mean they keep 80% of the amount I paid. I am left with clothes I cannot use and out of pocket. I made a complaint to PayPal and they gave me a slightly (but not much) higher refund.
I have asked the company to close my account but they do not reply to my emails.

Keine Ware erhalten aber Zahlung erfolgte,habe mir die Überweisung zurück geholt, habe nun Probleme mit PayPal.Habe PayPal den Vorgang mitteilen wollen aber kein Ziel erreicht.

Because of this order (stupid me), my credit card was compromised and I had to go through the process of a new card and all that entails. Glad my credit card fraud dep't is on top of things!

I have only put 1 star because I can't leave any less as a review. Bought goods from these scammers and it most certainly is a scam as the goods when they arrive are absolutely awful. I went through PayPal for a refund and the seller advised me to contact my bank as there was a problem? I closed the case down ( my mistake) and they promised a refund, never arrived. I had to reopen a case with PayPal for shoddy goods, ( only way of getting round fact I had closed the case) PayPal ruled in my favour and I accepted the offer from scammers for half of my money back, better then nothing. And if they keep 50 percent of everyone's money it's not a bad earner they can afford to ship rubbish round the world to mugs like us. Still waiting on agreed refund back to my account

Absoluter Betrug. Liefert absichtlich billigen Mist der nicht bestellt war. Damit umgeht dieser Shop den PayPal Kaeuferschutz. Auch PayPal soll sich schämen für diesen Anbieter Geld abbuchen.

Bin wohl anscheinend auf einen Betrüger hereingefallen. Bezahlt über Paypal, keine Bestell- oder Versandbestätigungen, keine Antwort auf Mails. Telefon o. a. unmöglich. Versuche nun über Paypal Käuferschutz mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Vorsicht, nicht dort bestellen!

Order plus is a complete scam. Feel sick to my stomach because this is the second time I have been scammed . Dhgate are another name they use and I have no doubt they have many more trading names. Chinese crap. Never received the goods I ordered the first time just crap. Why are they getting away with this. Pay pal useless . Do nothing but send you around in circles. Please do not buy from any online traders without checking Trust pilot first. Especially from china. What you think you have ordered and what you get is night and day. scam doesn't come close. They keep changing their name so beware. If you think going through pay pal is safe you couldn't be more wrong. I will certainly be cancelling my account with them.

What a load of xxxx material lol omg £68,00 for a bag of??? Deff not what I ordered. Actually discusted with no real returns funny when ordering the company came across as very British then when I realized from China my back got up, so now will check every time I see China I will close page.... How dare you send this so called heavy and warm the tops like silk haha your all scum new world order do 1 appsolutely discusted with you. You should be ashamed

I've sent a payment on the 5 dec my order was over £80 and still haven't sent a date for delivery

I was careless and didn’t read reviews when I sent for a coat in good faith. I didn’t even receive a coat just a badly made thin “thing” that didn’t even resemble a coat. After reading the reviews I decided to claim half of my money and put up with being scammed for the other half. Reason being, I have read reviews from people who could not get their money back at all so I decided to cut my losses. I have received my refund, so they have still done alright out of me.

I never received order confirmation .I payed by paypal thinking it was a safe way of paying but reading these reviews looks like im wrong. Paypal have said I will need to wait till Feb 2022 before I will be eligible for a re fund...why are these sites allowed to steal our money..and why are paypal aiding and abetting this.

Quality is so bad! Long wait for delivery!
The material is so cheap that they glued glitters and when i took it out from the plastic it spilled all over the floor! not even 1% close to the photos theyve posted on the website.
The 2 dresses i ordered were rxtra small and i wear medium.
I am so disappointed!!
Amd i want my money back!!! 😡😡😡

HORRIBLE, buyer beware "bait and switch" of the worst kind. What's presented and what's delivered is LITERALLY night vs. day. The worst online clothing I have ever seen.
