Every step was so easy and the result amazing

the ordering was straight forward, have the measurement that we need, fitting was very easy.

If you are thinking of ordering cassette blinds from this company think again. They refer you to a video on how to measure for them which is the middle of your recess, however they actually go on the front of your recess so chances are they won't fit. The quality was poor to say the least, its a shame you can't upload pictures. Whilst the company have offered to remake the blinds the quality isn't going to be improved. £250 in the bin, an expensive mistake which is a shame as I wanted to order other blinds.

UPDATE

Today we removed the stickers from the wall which the blinds sit on. It's pulled all the plaster off the wall. The room has just been redecorated in Farrow and Ball. Pictures have been sent to Order Blinds with a request for replacement paint. This request was rejected so now I have to purchase more paint and do the work myself. As most of you are aware Farrow and Ball is not cheap. This doesn't even include the amount of time it's going to take filling and sanding these 4 walls. Their response was 'we will support you', support me how? I'm definitely going to need therapy after this ordeal. Total balance in the bin £325!!!!!!!

Disgusting customer service.

The quick service and price were both to be commended. I feel their daylight range with white backing is bonded to the roller the wrong way around. As supplied you see the white (backside) of the line at the top of your chosen coloured blind. I had to fold the blind back on itself and have it roll the opposite way around. This way the blind clears and protruding window handles and avoids the horrible clash of colours.

The only other thing is that the blinds fabric REALLY smells of its manufacturing process. To the point of a headache. They have been up one week and the smell is starting to be less noticeable when you walk in to the room

Well made, accurately made to measure and really easy to install on my own. Received before expected delivery date which was a bonus. Only downside was the colour - I ordered the 'ice-white' sun blind - at best, the colour of the blind is cream which doesn't really fit my decor and it doesn't stop the glare of the sun either.

First time purchaser - had searched hard for a reasonably priced but wide blind - found this store - never heard of them - purchased a blind 2.5m wide with double rolls - never seen them before either - blackout roll with a sheer roll - great price - great quality - all the fixings - looks fantastic! Instructions could possibly be better - Ordered 3 more for other downstairs windows to match - delighted with them- great solution to the curtain / blind dilemma! .

Great blinds and very quick delivery from Order

Really lovely fitted blinds for our bedroom French doors. Excellent ordering service and delivery. The blinds look superb.

I placed the order in mid-December and, as it was a fitted blind, was informed that delivery would be the second week in January.

We were really surprised to receive the blind the week before Christmas. As the blind was a gift to our grandson this was really good news and we can report that he was so delighted with it.

Good quality grip-fit blinds that fitted our newly refurbished bathroom perfectly, and required no drilling in our newly laid tiles. Fast delivery. Good online customer service. Will certainly used again.

Ordered replacement slats for two bedroom windows. Great price and quality. Also arrived quickly. I have now ordered similar (white blackout) for a very large dining room window.

Product quality appears fine, however, the fitting instructions are hidden rolled up in the blind, so I didn't find these until after I had to install it and un-rolled it for the first time !! There is a critical bit of information in the instructions about dimensions to maintain spring tension. I suggest you do not do this and place the instructions in an easy to find place in the packaging.

When my required sample was out of stock my enquiry was responded to quickly and it arrived in the post within a few days.
All the information that I needed to ensure that I ordered well fitting blinds could be found on the website and my order was fulfilled quickly.
My only quibble was the discovery of the installation instructions tucked away inside the blind, by which time I'd figured out how to install it anyway!
The blinds feel sturdy and well made. Of the two purchased, the one that I have installed so far operates smoothly and is all good after a weeks use.

I have purchased 10 electric blinds and very impressed with the quality and back up service.

The blinds exceeded expectations on quality, the fit was absolutely spot on, happy to recommend these to anyone.

The blind was lovely but there were no fixing brackets included. Luckily my builder sorted it.
