Very good excellent customer service

The replacement blind slats arrived to freshen up all of my lounge windows with a clean fresh look, lovely quality, just what I ordered and the sheer gives me privacy whilst allowing light and vision from indoors

Love the blinds. Small issue with the order that was resolved with a quick phone call. No AA messages, no waiting and Stacey really helped get us sorted.

Very well made blind. Only thing I would say is as ours was a long blind (190 wide ) and heavy , maybe another bracket would be a good idea ( you provided 3) . Good choice of colours and a useful sample service. Price attractive as you offered a 10% discount when we ordered.

Delivered on time and well packaged. Blind colour and fit is perfect. Didnt order ability to open top down function and would have preferred it without but other than that ok.

Very happy with my blinds . Lovely quality. Through my own fault blinds came up a bit long . Ordered replacement slats. Came within a week . However blinds were longer than the originals , a mistake on their part . Quickly rectified new slats sent . Great customer service

Seriously impressed with my sunscreen roller blinds. These guys deserve to be much more well known. From the amazing care taken over the packaging, to the actual build quality of the blinds, it's a straight 10 out of 10!
I've literally just ordered more.

Ordered made to measure blinds for patio doors but the blinds do not hold the closed position. Carried out troubleshooting guidance and no difference. A blind that does not stay down is pointless but they use distance selling regs to get out of any return, avoid at all costs dealing with them.
