One of the worst medical companies around. I’ve repeatedly contacted them for my prescription yet no response. I’m now taking this to ACCC and also flagging it with the Australian Medical Association.

Needed advice and treatment prompty which is what i got. Also phone consult by specialist.

Absolutely terrible. Paid the money. To them be lead to a page that has NO appointments left. I receive a email saying that the product won’t be sent until I’ve had a consultation. But they won’t give me a consultation.

I then received a text saying they I need to make an appointment, I told them they don’t have any available. The person then says, “ohh I can get you in at 830pm” which doesn’t work for me. I asked if there was any morning appointments available, that would suite me better. They said they’ll let me know once the consult times have been “updated”
That whole night and 3/4 of the next morning, no contact at all. So I sent a message asking “whats going on”
And the reply was “availability is only in the evenings”
They have no idea at all.
Absolutely waste of time and extremely unprofessional.
Glad I’ll me getting a refund.

My first prescription didn't work so well, but after consultation, a new prescription was sent. It's early days, but so far all is good.

My daughter inadvertently threw out my tablets and Optimale Health understood my situation and quickly sent out a new prescription. They have been very understanding diagnosing my particular issue a difficult subject for most men to discuss.

So I have been with your company for over a month now I was meant to receive a phone call after a month for a check up no phone call yet I have only received one prescription off you am I supposed to call you about my prescription considering I'm paying over $1000 for 6 months I'm glad I didn't book 12 months

Optimalehealth are to intense with all their communications. They want to know every about you. It needs to be more discreet with no phone calls.

The service is gold standard and the product delivers what it promises to do. The results have to be seen and experienced to be believed. I could not be happier.
