Lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need for a nice romantic getaway. The tech throughout the apartment from the ambient lighting to the speakers that run through all the rooms was amazing. The decor was 10/10 gave it that king and queen treatment you can tell a lot of thought went into the design of the apartment. The jacuzzi was definitely my favourite part of the apartment as you didn’t have to worry about the weather with it being indoors and private. The customer service was amazing from start to finish Bobsy was there to answer all my questions and made sure we felt very comfortable during our stay. Very professional also. The description and photos on the website was definitely the same in person. They also do lovely packages for different occasions which gave it that special touch. Can not fault optimal apartments at all. Will definitely be coming back soon

Stayed here for my 13 year anniversary. The location was easy to find, private off road parking for your security! Stunning apartment you can tell a lot of thought went into it! Not only did it LOOK amazing it SMELLED amazing too! Lovely informative host who provided a video of everything you needed to know! Communication was top notch! Loved being able to adjust the temperature to my liking and the fan in the bedroom was an awesome addition. Upon checkout my Damage deposit was immediately refunded. I also forgot my handbag which cleaners informed the host who contacted me to let me know! Super appreciated. Really lovely stay it’s everything you could want and more! ☺️

Absolutely stunning property, have stayed twice now. Hosts are some of the most lovely and accommodating people I’ve ever met, nothing was an issue for them, any special requests we made was fulfilled with no questions asked. Now the property itself is finished to such a high quality the only disappointing thing was having to go home. Bathroom with the jacuzzi bath was the highlight for us, absolutely recommend! Everything you could need in walking distance, beautiful park right outside the doorstep. 11/10. If you’re looking for a luxurious apartment to stay 100% this is the place for you! Me and my partner had an amazing time here can’t wait to return for our third time!

Stayed here on 20th feb 2025 and had the most unreal experience.
I booked the apartment for a surprise night away for my partner as the apartment came with the added extra of decoration packages.
The packages are very reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations when I arrived at the apartment and saw it in person. My partner was blown away by how unreal it was and never wanted to leave!
The host who welcomed me in, showed me around the apartment and made everything smooth and easy, showed me how to use the facilities and explained what to do in an emergency. I highly recommend optical apartments to anyone. From the easy booking experience, to checking out. Phenomenal. I will be back!

I had an absolutely brilliant stay at this 1-bedroom fully fitted apartment! The highlight was, without a doubt, the indoor jacuzzi—it was the perfect size, spotlessly clean, and such a luxurious touch to unwind after a long day. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the apartment was thoughtfully furnished, giving it a warm and comfortable vibe.
The location was also a major plus—situated in a great area with easy access to local attractions, dining, and amenities. Everything felt convenient yet peaceful. This apartment really exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Optimal Apartments in Bradford, and it was genuinely one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and featured modern amenities, including a stunning hot tub that was the perfect way to unwind. The thoughtful ambient lighting throughout the apartment added to the luxurious vibe. The living space was cozy yet stylish, with all the necessary comforts for a perfect stay.

What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the impeccable customer service. I felt valued as a guest, and nothing was too much trouble for the team. The free on-site parking and the excellent location added even more convenience to the experience.

Stayed at optimal apartments designer suite for my wife's birthday. Highly recommend booking here. Exactly as the pictures show. The whole place was clean and modern with everything you need. Led lights and speakers around the apartment were brilliant. Very large tvs in the rooms with netflix,youtube etc. The large jacuzzi bath was the highlight of the stay. Will defiantly stay again and the host Bobsy was spot on and very helpful with anything we needed.

Well what an absolute gem of a property this was. We had the most amazing host Bina who welcomed us and accommodated us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely stunning. So much thought has gone into designing the apartments and they are well looked after. Our apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The host was great. Contacted us to arrange for check in time. Was at the property to welcome us, explained how to use everything in the apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Amazing stay here. Apartments are exactly as seen on photos. The luxurious feeling is apparent as soon as you step in the carpark.
The welcome is an amazing touch, such helpful lovely people.
The facilities are gorgeous, clean and well kept.

Optimal apartments was, by far, one of the best places we’ve stayed at. From the location (opposite an award-winning park), to the apartment and the customer service - it exceeded our expectations! We stayed at the Designer Suite, which was spectacular- the hosts thought about the smallest of details such as bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes etc. and the cleanliness of the place is astounding! It is clear they take pride in their apartments because of how organised and gleaming it was. The host met us by the door; she was extremely informative and helpful, offering a personalised service. Bina gave us a recommendation list of food places to try, which had been tried & tested which was a lovely touch. We had a slight issue with our Netflix but this was dealt with immediately! The best thing about the apartment was the hot tub and the television - a relaxing combo. We are definitely returning to the Optimal Apartments - it was a luxury stay with an excellent price!

The apartment itself is lovely, decently decorated to say it’s like an old building but the Hosts were very unprofessional, uncomfortable to speak with and acting very weirdly. They do a lot of checks which are unnecessary and make the process long and awkward. It’s like a mini interview.

The location is decent however since it’s opposite a big park expect the usual noises, traffic and people talking, shouting, drunk and all these sorts of things.

Stayed on the Saturday night can’t recommend it enough, very clean throughout bath was amazing and Bobsy is a proper nice bloke went out of his way to make us feel at home plus had loads of recommendations for food etc.. Will definitely be staying again

I surprised my partner on 09/03/2024 -10/03/2024 for his 49th birthday. Firstly I would like to mention that the Deluxe apartment which I booked looked exactly like the pictures and was cleaned to a high standard which we appreciated. Bina helped me with my birthday decorations for my partner's birthday. Bina was very caring, supportive, thoughtful and professional. Bina went through all of the terms and conditions with me and also showed me how to use the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, lights and much more. Bina even asked me what temperature I would like the central heating on ready for my return later with my partner. I was also sent a list of local takeaway and taxi services. Myself and my partner definitely had a luxury experience. My partner can't express himself enough on how special our overnight stay was at Optimal apartments. Our stay was worth every penny.

Made a booking for Mother’s Day and paid for the apartment as well, only to be called by a horrible, rude lady to say that they overbooked on this particular apartment and that they are happy to refund me. This is an absolute joke and no compensation offered only offered alternative day which is NOT WHY I BOOKED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
