Hello, I recently purchased a Opposuit suit through Amazon. I ordered an Italian size 52, as this is the size I normally wear and my other size 52 suits fit me perfectly. However, this particular suit is significantly smaller than expected and unfortunately does not fit. I would like to exchange it for the next larger size, as I really like the suit and would prefer to keep the purchase rather than return it for a refund. The issue I have is that Amazon is currently asking me to organise and pay for the return shipping myself before I can receive a refund. As the item is clearly not fitting as expected despite being my usual size, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a prepaid return label or otherwise organise the return at no cost to me. I am very happy to exchange the suit for the larger size rather than simply return it, and I hope we can resolve this easily. Please let me know how you can arrange the return and exchange. Thank you for your help

My husband & I were looking to buy a man’s outfit for our granddaughter’s Pyjama Party.
We were looking on the internet & saw a onesie that we thought might work for him.
We chose the ‘large’ & wanted to see the details,
Such as,eg measurements, fabric type, etc but the only option button to review the order was the ‘buy’ button.
Normally one gets time to review an order before putting in your payment details, but this didn’t happen!
The next screen was the
‘Thank you for your order’ screen!!!!
I never put in my payment details! How did this happen?
I tried to cancel my order immediately but this was not an option either!
Do not buy from this company!
You cannot review your order details!
You cannot get a delivery date!
You cannot get details of the item that they are selling!
They got my payment details without my permission!
They don’t allow you cancel your order!
Their ‘Support’ team never answers your emails!

They ignore support requests, both email and "live chat" (I am convinced it's bad AI). I had a very simple, pre-sale question. But I could never get a reply. 7 attempts over 2 weeks. If they won't respond to customers trying to *give* them money, there is no chance they will help with post-sales support.
Online reviews echo my experience, mention bad shipments, and the impossibility of getting refunds. Avoid.

Een unicorn pak gekocht voor volwassenen

Helaas al na paar weken kapot op meerdere plekken. Terwijl de maat goed is voor tiener 14 jaar. Slechte kwaliteit

Vorig jaar heeft mijn schoondochter hier een pak van superMario gekocht voor haar toen 1 jaar en 4 mnd oude zoontje, die het letterlijk 5 uurtjes gedragen heeft in de buggy. Ze pakt t dit jaar uit de kast en bijna alle naden zitten los, dit vind ik echt heel erg slecht voor een pakje van € 39,95 . Ik ben 5 uur bezig geweest om dit pak met de hand alle naden opnieuw te stikken.... Ik denk als ze dit op Temu of een dergelijke site zou bestellen, dit nog betere kwaliteit zou hebben... De datum is een schatting

Honestly, kind of disappointed. Purchased a sale item, the inside of the box has black mould on several corners. Fabric wasn’t wrapped in plastic or anything.

Returns process is overly arduous on the customer. Fill in a form, not knowing the returns carrier is different to the delivery carrier. Read website messages and emails telling you to find your nearest drop off location. Realise there isn’t a drop off location. By chance realise that you can arrange for the carrier to collect from you. Arrange collection. Carrier doesn’t arrive.

I’m glad I only paid sale price and not full price tbh.

Ordered a suit over a week ago, paid for expedited shipping and still not left the warehouse. Sent multiple emails and no responses. DO NOT order from this company!

Incredibly slow delivery, and then they charge you returns. I bought a suit based on their on site measurements, it was completely the wrong size - and they charged me to return the item. I ordered another one, and this one will have taken over a week to deliver when it arrives and I'll miss the party I wanted it for so will have to deliver it as well. Just bought something else from Amazon which arrives on next day delivery. Will never use Opposuits again, a total waste of my time and money.

Unterirdische Qualität - Anfang 2024 haben ein Kollege und ich uns jeweils das Disco Baller Shirt für ein 5 tägiges Event gekauft. Danach hing es im Schrank. Als ich es 2025 wieder für die gleiche Veranstaltung heraus nahm staunte ich nicht schlecht - beide Ärmel waren voll mit großen schwarzen Flächen - das Material der Discokugel Flächen löste sich quasi auf. Bei meinem Kollegen genau das gleiche.
Reaktion vom Kundenservice : Sorry, Danke für die Info, werden wir besprechen…..that‘s it.

Auch wenn es jetzt nicht mega teuer ist - knapp 40€ für ein Hemd, dass man 5 Tage tragen kann, sind 40€ zu viel.

bought a onesie for 60 USD, it broke after a half hour. Giant hole inbetween my legs that only got bigger and bigger. Do not buy from here.

Ordered a jacket from them, they sent a completely wrong jacket. Three different emails over a week later and I have received no response. I have zero confidence in their team, and their products are not worth the aggravation of dealing with their abysmal customer service team.

Small sizes and cheap. Will not accept an exchange. DO NOT BUY.

Am 25.10.2024 haben meine Frau und ich ein, laut Beschreibung, Neongrünes Hemd direkt bei Opposuit bestellt. Wir haben nie eine Auftragsbestätigung bekommen und auch keine Bestellnummer. Das Hemd kam am 1.11. 2024 per DHL an. Da das Hemd nicht Neongrün, sondern einfach nur dunkelgrün war, wollten wir es zurück schicken. Doch ohne Bestellnummer können wir keine Rücksendung beauftragen, da die Bestellnummer gefordert wird. Mittlerweile haben wir 4 mal den Support angeschrieben. Keine Antwort, keine Reaktion. Selbst der Hinweis, wir würden die deutsche Verbraucherzentrale informieren, scheint auf völlige Gleichgültigkeit zu stoßen. Gerade eben das 4. Mal versucht den Support zu erreichen, da kam die Meldung, der Support hätte ein Problem und Nachrichten können nicht übermittelt werden.
Es sieht nach einer Masche aus. Das Geld, knapp 40 Euro, mag nicht viel sein, aber es ist wohl verloren, da hier niemand zu erreichen ist.
Extrem ärgerlich. Wir können den Laden nicht empfehlen und vor dieser Art von unseriösem Geschäft nur warnen.

My husband has multiple suits from oppo which he wears almost daily and after a year of wear they are still as bright as they day he bought them!

I had to reach out to customer service due to an issue with some of them and I was really pleased with the help Melanie provided me.

I'm sure my husband will buy more suits from them to complete his rainbow collection

The suits themselves are ok quality but BEWARE truly awful customer service. The size was wrong, I needed to return within 30 days and to ensure I did everything correctly asked Oppo for the exact returns procedure from the U.K. to the Netherlands. They sent me the WRONG return address so now the packages is floating somewhere in Europe. They say it’s my issue despite them sharing the wrong street name and postcode. They’ve washed their hands despite the fault being 200% on their side. So frustrating - they just don’t care.

Ordered a suit for my fiancé and it was not what we hoped. He is quite slim so we ordered one of the teen suits, sadly it was too small. The quality is awful and as a seamstress I can tell it is really bad quality. We realised the return is to the Netherlands which cost us just under £18 and we are currently waiting for the refund :( I wouldn't recommend.

They have a decent product BUT reading many customer reviews about the shocking customer service relating to refunds/exchanges/orders, it has put me off ordering anything. I cannot find a phone number to call them and I still have not received an answer to a query.
Sadly, I am not getting a great feeling about the business now and will have to look elsewhere for a company, who cares about their customers.
If they are not careful, they will not have any customers!
