My partner has previously ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream. I ordered him a variety of ice creams for Easter but unfortunately when they arrived the majority of the tubs had melted down one side causing the ice cream to have melted and frozen again. This was disappointing but the flavours of the ice cream were lovely

First time buyer - WILL BE BACK... (many times!!!) bought for a friend who is having some real issues and medical challenges swallowing and them and their family needs cheering up and nice things to eat!! A massive hit all round, hit the happiness button as well as fab ice cream - they even loved the crazily fantastic packaging!! BIG THANKS ! I need to order some for myself now....

Superb ice cream, and even better that I’m not left at the mercy of the shops what flavours they stock (if any at all), but can order what I like and get it delivered home.

First time buyer. Absolutely recommend. Insane taste considering the calorie difference to your usual branded ice cream. Excellent service too. Really impressed and looking forward to trying more flavours.

Genuinely really great product and service.
Really flavoursome ice cream and definitely fills the gap of a naughty dessert without the calories or huge amount of fat and sugar. I tried 5 flavours so far with my kids and they were all delicious. Really well packaged for delivery with recyclable materials and arrived with speed and still frozen.
I would highly recommend this product and company. Will be making further orders very soon!

I was given a gift voucher to buy 6 types of ice-cream.
I chose choc and hazelnut, raspberry and vanilla, double salted caramel, caramel choc crunch, Belgian choc ice creams sticks and vanilla and white choc sticks.
So far I have had the choc and hazelnut, double salted caramel and the white choc and vanilla sticks.
They tasted so nice. I can't wait to try the rest.
I will definitely buy them again.

Wow that was fast delivery - and what a TREAT to myself. This ice cream is so creamy and delicious and I also don’t feel guilty eating it. I went for the raspberry ripple (10/10), vanilla and white chocolate sticks (10/10) salted caramel and milk chocolate sticks (10/10) and the lemon ice cream (10/10).

I will 100% be buying from you guys again. Yum. Yum.

Fantastic service , I ordered these to my daughter at uni , she loves Oppo but can’t get it from any shops near her, it was so easy to order , free delivery , updates and was delivered so fast in brilliant packaging , she was so happy with the delivery and was great I didn’t have to worry about it being left outside it was frozen solid , will definitely order again !

Very high quality products and friendly customer service. I was confused over a voucher I purchased and received a prompt, professional and informative response via email (I emailed a query after business hours and received a response on the next business day before lunchtime).

Exceptional quality with an outstanding variety of flavours. The taste was really distinctive and an absolute joy to enjoy.

A tricky review to write this so I'll start with saying that the ice cream is excellent. The devil, more unfortunately, is with the detail.

I placed a tasting 'gift' order for 3 boxes of ice cream for my wife for her birthday. A few days before her birthday, the package arrives and I quickly separate out the various bits of paperwork leaving a mystery golden spoon for her to guess as to what would be arriving next. This proved to be mistske on my part as the tasting 'kit' only involved the spoon and we (she) had to order the ice cream she wanted to taste separately.

That all sorted with an email to Oppo operations, she entered the gift code previously enclosed for to orde her 1st box of ice cream, which all went through. It wasn't clear on the original paperwork as to what her gift code was valid for (i.e. 3 boxes) so I had to ask her to keep the code safe so that it could be used again later. This didn't turn out to be the case, as we found out subsequently.

The 1st box of ice cream turns up a few days later, this one without any supporting paperwork and, perhaps more importantly, missing a tub of ice cream. "No problem" say the good people at Oppo, "we'll include an extra tub or two in the next order."

Onto the 2nd box, the gift code carefully saved previously doesn't work any more so a another email to request a new code, along with a gentle reminder on the missing tub. A '3rd box' gift code is sent. This appears to work and more delicious ice cream arrives a few days later, complete this time (and including a picking list to confirm), albeit without the promised 'extra' tub(s).

A few weeks later, we re-run the process for the 3rd box. Another new code, another 'complete' box. Again, no extra tub(s).

So, 5 stars for the ice cream and for the good operations folks replying to requests, one less for incomplete and confusing information requiring several emails to resolve, another one less for an incomplete order which which was not completed despite numerous attempts and promises.

A lot of effort for Oppo ice cream too.

I've been having Oppo ice cream for some time now and am never disappointed but you cannot get some of the flavours in my supermarket so when I found out you could order online, I was really pleased! I ordered 6 tubs (a bit excessive but I told myself it was just so I could get free delivery....!) and they arrived quickly and in perfect frozen condition! The flavours are awesome and I will definitely be a repeated customer of the online service! Also enabled me to try their ice cream on sticks that I could not find anywhere in shops (I can confirm they are also amazing!). Thank you OppoBrothers!

I have just received my very first Oppo Brothers order, and it definitely won't be my last! Although I've been able to try some of their amazingly low-calorie ice creams from the supermarket, not all flavours are stocked, so I placed an order for 6 tubs from their website. It arrived without a hitch, exactly as promised, and perfectly frozen! It still blows my mind that things can be posted and arrive still frozen the following day, but they did. The flavours and smoothness of their ice creams are amazing, and it's so low calorie that you can enjoy it without any feeling of 'guilt'. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back for more! *****
