J'ai acheté un siège Gtr8, une pièce étais légèrement fissuré, prise de contact avec le SAV, et il m'on envoyé rapidement une nouvelle barre de renfort.
Je les remercie pour leur sérieux, et je suis pleinement satisfait du matériel que j'ai acheté.

Returned an item for refund and they do not even bother reply to my requests.
Had to initiate a chargeback to get my money back for 60€...
Worst online shopping experience of my life!
I ordered two items, and there was only one tracking number. The second item (the expensive one) apparently was never shipped.
Customer Service - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
Nobody in the company speaks English, German, or Italian.
I explained my problem to a lady using a translator. She couldn’t locate my package and promised to call me back. I never heard from her again.
2nd call - 5 different people on the line, none of them spoke another language. After being transferred and waiting for 25 minutes, the call was hung up on me.
The company doesn’t use common delivery services but ships via freight forwarder, which makes everything even more complicated.
Service commercial Oplite impeccable. A répondu à mes interrogations très rapidement et ma commande a également été traitée et expédiée rapidement.
MAIS... Chronopost comme livreur est un choix catastrophique !
Apres avoir retardé la livraison à plusieurs reprises, le livreur s est débarrassé du colis a 30km de chez moi (colis arrivé ouvert et dans un état lamentable).
Première expérience catastrophique. Je ne réitérerai pas tant que Chronopost sera livreur pour Oplite.
compré el cockpit el 11 de este mes y la verdad que pensé que me iba a tardar un mes y me tardo 7 día osea que muy satisfecho con la compra y todo genial 😊
Para cobrar muy rápidos.. Para enviar y dar información sobre tu pedido, nefasto. Y la entrega del producto horrible. Caja completamente destrozada, se veía las piezas desde fuera y ya venían talladas del roce al no venir bien embalado.. Me pongo en contacto con ellos para devolución y se inventan mis respuesta aún sabiendo que existe una comunicación vía e-mail.. En mi caso, no puedo decir nada bueno de ellos como empresa. A día de hoy una pieza que ellos mismos anularon y no me dieron ni solución , tampoco me han devuelto el dinero. En fin, un verdadero desastre en mi primera y última compra con ellos.
I'm writing now (12th march 2024) cause I've given up on this after more than 3 months of attempts at getting things straight. I've ordered in october a cockpit for a gift and everything went smooth. Made a second order in november and there have been issues with the local carrier who never delivered the package. After multiple mails and calls to both Oplite and the carrier it has been pretty clear that the package went broken during the transport. The carrier says they opened a file for damaged package and made a refund to Oplite. Oplite says that to their knowledge the package has been delivered but can't provide a valid receipt of that and instead they sent me a receipt in which in place of the signature for acceptance there's a clear writing stating in capital letters BROKEN. I tried in every possible way to have a constructive interaction but eventually they just stopped answering my mails without providing any justification. I even tried to have the support from a customer association but they've choosen to ignore them too, so at this point the only further step available is a legal action which will/would be such a waste of time and money for both. I really don't get why a seemingly good company choose to act this way especially with a customer who already purchased from them and could possibly do that again. Poor poor experience.
Ma première commande chez Oplite c'est passée à la perfection. Site simple, commande facile, confirmation de commande rapide et bon suivi de livraison. Livraison rapide et soignée. Achat d'un châssis GTR S8 Infinity donc sans siège car ayant une forte carrure je voulais installer un siège de voiture déjà en ma possession et à ma grande et agréable surprise j'ai pu le fixer sans modification. Le châssis est solide, pratique avec ses nombreux réglages et évolutif. Je suis entièrement satisfait de cette première expérience chez eux.
I had a terrible experience with them for a merely logistic reason. They had a good offer for what concerned their NitroKart (sim racing cockpit), which went from 300 to 149€. I bought it on Black Friday. After 10 days, no email was sent, so I tried to contact them to understand what happened. Their answer was "Unfortunately the item is not available till February, would you like a refund?". Not happy bout that, still I opted for waiting. I asked them if that was possible, but they answered the same way just like a copy-paste message. I left the situation and did not answer. On Dec 26th I found a refund mail without asking them to do it, and they also tried (failing) to retake that money. I decided not to contact them anymore because of their lack of reliability. At least I had those 149 euros back... But for sure I won't buy any product from their website anymore. Buy them from Amazon or other companies.
Post scriptum: the website is badly translated and does not even have English General Terms and Conditions. Such a pain to read in French.
