Not one for leaving reviews but please be aware. DO NOT use this company!! Purchased an LED lumaglow face mask which is clearly a counterfeit. No legitimate instruction manual, poor quality and does not even look as described online..Have mailed company with no response to date, extremely frustrating and currently down £150

I ordered a hairdryer and then realised that my husband had already bought one for my daughter. I attempted to cancel the order but was outside the 2 hr cancellation window. I explained that it was not required so I would like a refund but was told that I would have to return to their warehouse in China which is odd because on their website they state that they are based in London. They offered to give me a part refund and keep the product which I refused as I didn’t need it. I also questioned their 35% restocking fee which is in fact illegal in the UK under consumer law but they didn’t give an explanation for that. They are a scam company who state that they are based in London on their website when they are in fact based in China. I will be going through my bank for a charge back and to trading standards as this company is fake with a very professional looking website and fake reviews

After 10 days of ordering a face mask, I had not received anything so following on-line ordering guidance of cancelling within 14 days , I asked for my order to be cancelled.
They said they couldn’t cancel as it was in transit. It is now 14 days since ordering so I’m guessing I’m not going to receive anything!! Reading previous comments I imagine I’ll have a battle on my hands getting a refund. Maybe Trading Standards need to get involved with this Company.

I cancelled my order after reading reviews within the legal 14-day period but Opheline refused to refund me, demanded a 35% “restocking fee,” and then falsely claimed my parcel was delivered (I never received it). I’ve now escalated to my bank and Trading Standards.

Update: After continued back-and-forth, the company has now refunded me in full (£143.10). However, throughout the process they repeatedly accused me of having received the item when I had not, and the experience was extremely stressful. I’m relieved to have the refund, but would still advise caution when ordering.

I purchased a hairdryer in a lapse of judgement after being encouraged by references to reviews and articles in the guardian and on BBC. After realising the error I requested a refund. I was informed I was too late and they outlined frankly unfair terms of return and refund including a 35% restocking fee! I've requested proof of the articles and reviews they reference. I don't expect to see them, which means they are flagrantly false advertising. Who knows if I'll get my money back. Will likely require a conversation with Consumer Advice and with my credit card company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM. I spent £150 on an LED face mask which arrived and looked nothing like what I ordered online, it didn’t even come in a box. The company are refusing to fully refund me despite being in breach of the consumer rights act. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

I paid almost £150 for LumaGlow LED Mask which I never received. They don't even have a phone number. The website is professionally designed but nothing about it is real.
They even use a shipping site called YunExpress which is also fake. Even keep Google's own reviews for this site, many people have been scammed.
I did my duty upon everyone.
