Ordered lumaglow led pro face mask, recived a fake copy that looks nothing like advertised. Numerous messages back and forth and still no refund, they constantly fob me off and say its lighting etc...like im blind. Currently going through my bank for a refund as getting no where with this company.

I changed my mind and tried to cancel the order within the time period. Opheline had already sipped the order. We came to an acceptable agreement

DO NOT EVER order from Sp Opheline. They are using fake reviews for face masks on a website topbeautydevice.com and then giving links to the different devices. All links then go to a LumaGlow 7 color LED mask which they are selling. What arrives is not genuine and does not match the image- Counterfeit goods.
I eventually received the unbranded mask from China in an unbranded box, with a generic leaflet. Eventually after going backwards and forwards in emails with the same situation that others have documented on Trustpilot ie. return costs to China have to be mine, option for discount if I keep mask, will replace with a branded mask etc. etc I have finally received a notification of a refund from them for £143.10 which I was repeatedly requesting throughout endless email exchanges.
Had already reported them to my bank (who were going to pursue), also Trading Standards, and Action Fraud as I had been advised. The scam needs to be stopped. Update - The refund is from my bank at present but remans to be seen whether Sp Opheline do actually refund £143.10 as they say.

I bought the face mask and neck mask, the face mask has never worked it stays on green and won’t change colour with the remote, the company is trying to find every which way they can to not refund my money - my advice stay away from this company

I like all the others thought the company was based in the UK. They are in fact based in China. They are not registered at Companies House or at the address on the website. I tried to cancel the hair dyer I ordered the day after the purchase after seeing the reviews (wish I had seen them before ordering). So far it’s taken 15 days to process and a further 5 days to dispatch to since ordering and the hair dyer has still not arrived as they say they cannot cancel once ordered. I have tried daily to cancel quoting the Uk online shopping laws but they still insist on sending it. I will refuse delivery once it’s in the UK.

The advert was full of lies. Said it was a uk based company and return policy was 30 days. After receiving item and reading the instructions I realised it was not suitable for my skin due to psoriasis. Emailed company to return straight away unused and was given option to have 15% refunded. This does not help if I am unable to use it. When I asked for return address i realised that I had been scammed as it was in China and I would have to pay shipping and customs tax to return it which will be in yhe region of about £50. I also noticed that the product i received was not the same one advertised with no branding on it or the box. Will always look up on trust pilot in future before I order anything online.

Absolutely horrendous company , I ordered this led face mask for my daughters 21st , as the reviews (which I know now are completely false.. from skin care specialists!) seemed fantastic!

Rated best facemask on the market etc. NOT…It arrived late, as it came from China, again no notification of this, it’s a London address on their email messages , so I assumed it was a UK company, would never have ordered it from China! It also doesn’t let you track the order.
When it arrived late my daughter didn’t like the look of it, I immediately contacted them to return, they offered 10% discount to keep, when I asked them to verify the return address, they sent an address in China, WHAT !!! I was absolutely disgusted at the lack of communication, I only wish I’d checked trip advisor for reviews from this company before ordering. They have offered me a further discount of 20% to keep it, I told them if they offered 100% I wouldn’t want it! It would have cost £5.50 to return to the London address (which I believe is a POBox only) and it’s £22 to return to China . They haven’t answered my last message . I’ll have to take the hit on the £22 return cost, but be warned ‘don’t order anything from this website’ , totally false advertising , a lesson learned to read reviews from legitimate websites

Suspected scam. Professional looking website with (copied) logos for bbc, the guardian and telegraph newspapers enticing buyers. 5 star reviews but I should've noted 14635 of them and suspected a scam at that point. I didn't! I bought a product not fit for purpose. Trying to return the product continues to be troublesome. They offered me a discount to keep a product that does not work! Obviously I did not accept. Now they want proof it is defective requesting I send videos of its use on body parts. I will not. I have made the product available for their collection at their expense. The website purports to operate out of London and only supplies to UK. I think it is all part of the deception. Nowhere does it say Opheline.com operates from China and that products come directly from China as the product sent to me did. Returns to Opheline.com are likewise requested to China at buyer's expense. No returns accepted in UK or to London address as stated in website. No UK telephone. Correspondence is via email and physical London address. I am enroute now to ascertain what is exactly at the London address given on the website before I report to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

UPDATE
I visited the London address stated on their website and can confirm that the Opheline company is not known there, does not operate out 71-75 Shelton Steet nor have such an address as a correspondence address. Its all fake. Next stop for me: Trading Standards and Action Fraud!

I had checked on the Which website and next to the number one product was a link to Opheline, believing it was genuine. Avoid buying from this company, it's a Scam, they send inferior products, possibly from China, it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive for it to look nothing like the product I'd ordered.

1. The Device did not look like it did in the photos
2. Company was not helpful and defensive when I said I wanted to return it.
3. Made out it would be difficult to return to China and I could have a discount of 15% if I kept it.
4. Immediately felt alarms buzzing
5. Returning item via Royal mail, relatively cheap and easy on the website
6. Will contact credit card company if I don't get refund

Absolutely shocking and terrible customer service. I received a faulty / broken item, asked for a refund and they keep ignoring this request.

Do not buy from them! I will escalate to trading standards too

SCAM PLEASE BE AWARE . Counterfeit products. If something looks and sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Please don't waste your time and money on these thieves.

AVOID!! Scam company, falsely advertising branded products, sending counterfeit and most likely medically unsafe products. Refusing to refund after multiple requests. I will be going through my bank to get the money returned to me, but save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Drop shipping from China. Could have bought from Temu or AliExpress for half the price!
Not "fast" as stated on their website - took nearly a fortnight... Again - could have received from Temu or AliExpress in shorter time frame!

The "free mystery gift worth over £30" is non existent.

The device arrived yesterday with no additional product... When contacted they did reply quickly, with an apology, and they attached "free gift" as a zip file attachment to the reply email. I am not going to open it because I am not that stupid!!!
Product seems genuine so far - I will update review on that part soon.

Scam do not buy from this company. Ordered mask thinking it was a US based company with new office in UK - mask looks like nothing in the pictures. The company is fake, the brand is fake, the have taken pictures of the mask from other websites such as megelin and photoshopped the megelin name out to make it look like their own. Also added logo of BBC and Guardian to make it look authentic. Been emailing them for a week asking for address to return - have not provided me with address for return and instead are gaslighting me to believe it is a genuine and authentic product and has been sent in unbranded packaging. Have contacted citizens advice bureau - freephone no and they will report to trading standards. Company is not listed on companies house however have also been advised to log with action fraud.co.uk who deal with cyber crime. I think the more people report this company to relevant authorities the quicker they can be shut down. Also do not trust the website topbeautydevice.com - this review website is top search on google when searching for LED masks - its via this 'review' website that I came across this company. The review website is fake - I believe it has been set up by this company to direct people to the opheline.com website. They reviewed 5 masks and the links for all masks (including other branded masks) all lead to opehline.com

UPDATE: They have now updated their return policy on their website, they have removed that they will keep 35% restocking fee.

If anyone is currently having issue with refund, would advice contacting credit card company for money back, and citizen's advice for logging information and also action fraud.

My mum got me their white Luma glow 7 LED face mask that looks nothing like the photo. It was a weird beige colour NOT white. It came in a cheap shiny silver box that said "Beauty Facial Mask" on it. As the customer service info was based in London, we thought this is where the item was from but it is from China. Terrible customer service when trying to organise a return/refund and we did not get a full refund. I would not use the mask due to the item not being as described and as such, I have safety concerns of it, particularly for my eyes. There is no option to submit photos but the photo of the packaging of this item makes it look so cheap and like a fake product. I have since got the StylPro LED mask which is a lot more professional-looking in its packaging and in the product itself with clear protection around the eye area in place

Ordered a Luma Glow facemask 8th Aug 2025. Website advertised as being UK based, but item shipped from China. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. It came in an unbranded cardboard box, poor instructions and mask is materially different to the one I ordered. Clearly this is a counterfeit / poorly made product. Company refusing to give full refund and stating their policy is to withhold 35% restocking fee which amounts to c£50!! Company is falling foul of Consumer Services Act 2015.
