Can’t fault them , had abit of nightmare trying to set up pc, customer service was a dream helped me sort it, then had an issue with the key sorted that for me as well. Highly recommend

It took me ages to pay for my purchase via World Pay and I think there may have been something wrong with the payment system. All sorted in the end and very good service.

Please note, our system is designed so you can pay whenever it’s convenient for you. In your case, we had already sent your order before payment was confirmed, as the initial attempt didn’t come through on our end. Once we noticed that, we reached out to kindly request the payment again.

I purchased the package and used the key and the only part I can access is word when I try to access the rest of the package it states key already used and can only use on one basically operating system and I cannot use on another system. Der I only downloaded to one system... So really annoyed cannot access rest of package.
