Exceptional service
I’ve had a brilliant experience with Open Property Group from start to finish. Really appreciated the time they took and the attention to detail to ensure a smooth process for me. Very rarely leave reviews, but they are quite exceptional. Chris in particular has been there for me and is a credit to your team. Cannot recommend enough.

Great experience
Really great experience with Open Property Group. I had a query regarding the fast sale of my property. I spoke to Chris who was very helpful and understanding. My circumstances have changed and I am no longer selling my property now, but would use Open Property Group in the future if required.

Transparent and to the point. I heard back in less then 24h and received my qoute, we spoke to chris who followed up accordingly. We have put things on hold for now but will resume in the new year, happy to continue with Open property if the numbers work.

Great customer service
I spoke to Chris at Open property group. They offer cash for your property through a quick turn over. They have a good understanding of the current market and offer fantastic advice whether you transact with them or not. The market at the moment is very hard to understand so it was nice to talk to a company that listens and gives you and honest and realistic quote.

I found Open Property Group online…
I found Open Property Group online after doing a quick search then left an enquiry via there website. I was contacted by Chris who went through the process and gave me a valuation, although we did not progress further chris explained what they do and how it all works clearly and was very patient with me over the phone. If our circumstances change ill definitely get back in touch. I highly recommend OPG if you are looking to sell your property, or just looking for a cash valuation.

I agreed the sale of 2 properties in August, since then no communication whatsoever from the company nor their solicitor. Also phone calls not returned. Left a vociemail and a message with their receptionist again yesterday and still no response.

After looking into selling my mother's property , the service and advise I received from Chris Lockwood was honest and helpful , I have decided to not take this route at this present time and wait till next spring but would definitely return to open property if things changed
