No concept of customer service, e mails unanswered, promises of call backs never happen. Not a professional company to deal with.

Asked for quote to sell property and was called back. It was a ‘finger in the air’ approach as just kept trying to compare our property with others at a lesser price in other areas not even where we live, clearly no idea. Said he would conduct more research and call back in the afternoon; no call came and two days later haven’t heard from them at all. Not impressive or professional poor service.

My husband and I approached open property group back in October about a fast sale which is what they advertise. We are now at the end of January and we have no idea if the sale is going through. Communication is appalling. For weeks we recieved texts asking if we wanted to sell our property even after we'd been sent an offer. We have tried phoning them and emailing on multiple occasions this month and just get nothing. If you want to sell your property fast I wouldn't recommend this company.
