Why you should not order from this website:
1. They appear to fulfil their orders via snapfish (my photos arrived in snapfish packaging).
2. They sign you up to some theft protection subscription without obtaining your consent to do so. This subscription was not in my basket when I was checking out, but appeared in my email order invoice - I immediately cancelled the subscription to avoid being charged but it is wrong to sign a consumer up to a subscription service without first obtaining informed consent. They are literally putting consumer details (photo, address and card information) on that subscription service platform. I think this is incredibly unethical.
3. They state on their website that they 'print, cut and post your photo'. On querying why my photos had not been cut, they informed me that they do not in fact cut the photos. This is false advertising.
Do yourself a favour and order from a more reputable website. I'm all for supporting small businesses but not when they are engaging in unethical and dishonest behaviour.

This is a scamming company
This is a scamming company. They sign you up to a monthly id photo theft protection subscription even though you don't select the option. The scam deductions went on for 3 months before I noticed and contacted my bank. Rather suspiciously I got a fake deduction from booking.com at the same time. My bank had to cancel and reissue my credit card to stop further fraudulent deductions. This is the first review for this onlinephoto24.co.uk but see the trustpilot reviews for photo24.co.uk which show similar scam activity.

I wish I had Googled this company before ordering, like so many others I have been scammed by them. I ordered pictures from them and since they have been making unauthorised charges on my card. I'm contacting my bank now but probably will never see my money again, BEWARE
