Ordered a cherry tree in May, planted and cared for it according to instructions, and it is already dead.

They sent me a half dead tree I sent them a picture of it, I planted it anyway about a month later it died I've emailed them countless times no answer back I ordered three trees one was a burning bush that died I ordered a Autumn Blaze maple $35 notice that it looked different from my other Autumn Blaze maple come to find out it is a Norway maple. One of the other trees is a purple lilac bush it grew a little and now it's at a standstill I'm wondering if it's going to make it these were bare root. Customer service sucks I would not recommend this company to anybody sounds like my review is a lot like all the other reviews on here they suck.

I bought a bare-root Bartlett pear tree from them last fall, and planted it according to instructions. Unfortunately, It was dead; never sported a single leaf this spring. I took a couple of photos and sent these to them. The tree still had their tag on it, which you could see in the photos. No response. I sent another e-mail, and eventually heard from them. They said they had no record of selling me the tree, and needed to know the order number. That may have been on the box it was shipped in, which went into the recycle bin eight months ago. I've written a few more times, and have no response to any of those e-mails. If I were you, I would never buy anything from this outfit. If I could rate them "zero stars," that's all they deserve.

Planted the pear tree ali with stark brothers . Orchards trees r very poor quality tree . Waited one month dig it out it was all dead where stark brothers is flourishing . Please don’t buy from orchards on line

They send the wrong item and then ignore your emails. They finally sent a refund so they get a star back, but that was only after I threatened reviews like this.

I ordered 2 bare root trees..the almond tree was pruned back so poory..the branches were dead...the mountain ash...i nursed into having leaves..nope..it was a poplar . Sure , I got a refund..after wasted time and efforts - dont waste money on them

Trees are dead and they won't respond to emails.

This a scam company. You have NO WAY other than Facebook and email to contact them. I emailed and haven’t ever heard back. Posted multiple times on Facebook and still crickets. They sent me a dead tree. Still dead. Garbage money tossed out.....

I ordered 2 apple trees and both were dead its been 3 years never got any apples, i will report to better business and put them on yelp they are crooks i want my money back and the fcc when im done with them they won't be able yo sell anymore trees

They were less expensive than other suppliers, but I ordered 3 items and one (pear tree) arrived almost dead and not packaged as described, one half dead (apple tree, jury still out), and one in fine condition, but smaller than expected. Tried to contact customer care twice and received no response.

Online orchards sent me two near dead cherry trees. They were butchered and only had a small hint of one bud on each plant. I planted them perfectly as I was a professional landscaper. I have them a year, they are dead. I emailed them 4 times, no response. Company seems like a scam to me!!

I purchased a winesap apple tree last fall from On-line orchards. The tree arrived with the roots dried. I soaked the tree and planted and as I suspected, it's dead. I contacted customer service a week ago and have heard nothing. Don't be fooled by the decent prices. Stay away!

they poorly packaged my trees and broke all the stems before I even got them. None were the height advertised. I am a licensed arborist and was extremely disappointed.

Dont even bother buying, their prices arent even reasonable let alone a good deal for a crappy product.

I ordered 7 green velvet boxwood shrubs. I received 6. I've sent multiple emails to request the 7th be shipped or credited. I have not received a response in almost 2 weeks. There is no phone number associated with this business. I have no choice it appears but to eat the $24.95 item I ordered and didn't receive. I wish I had seen the other poor reviews before I placed my order as there are many other online nurseries I could've given my business to.

I ordered a peach and a Nectarine tree. One arrived with some leaves that quickly fell off after I planted them in large pots. I replanted in the spring but they looked dead. after a month in the ground, they never leafed out. I checked and both were dead. I sent several emails to theis company but never got a response. I will never do business with this company again.

My experience was great with my order. My cherry tree came fast and it was a very vital tree. There were absolutely no brown stems at all, the trunk and branches were a healthy size but I especially liked the way the roots were packed. They were still moist when I removed the packaging from it. I couldn't have asked for a better tree and service!

Our gift from my sister for Christmas was a Lupine Cherry Tree with no root ball and a crap load of sawdust. Dead and also a rip off for my sister who paid for something she honestly though would be a WONDERFUL Surprise.

My order was canceled without any notification or reason. I never received a reply when asking about the cancelation. That's no way to treat customers.

Trees arrived broken and contacted them with pictures. It's been weeks now and no response. Don't order from them.

I ordered a 4-in-1 plum tree back in Oct.; but the one I received was a tiny 3-in-1; I've contacted the customer service multiple times, and I am still waiting for an answer after a month. It seems hopeless.
I regret that I paid by cash. I would never buy from Online Orchard again. Stay away from this place.
