Ordered a dwarf Hosui Asian Pear tree. Arrived in a few days; roots were packed well in moist straw; box and tree were undamaged. Looking forward to seeing my little tree flourish.

I received my tree today. It was a good size, fast delivery and packages well.

Ordered Dwarf Santa Rosa Plum from Home Depot Online Orchards. Arrived fast in 2 days. Tree was in great condition very happy with my first purchase.

The packaging arrived in carboard boxes undamaged. the trees were packed carefully. the root system was wrapped in wet staw in plastic wrap. There were no broken limbs.

Home Depot Review: I received all of my plants after ordering online from Home Depot. Every plant was professionally packed, and all looked very healthy. I am very pleased with all of them. I will be ordering more soon. Online orchard is great.

Have received an apple and a cherry tree today. Cant wait to get them in the ground and watch them grow and mature.

The trees I got are great . I got a cherry peach and apple and they all look great. And in excellent condition. Thank you much for a great trees.

3 bare root fruit trees and am more than pleased with the promptness, the sizes of the root stalks, and solid packaging. The trees were so much bigger than I imagined/expected, all with healthy roots and new buds ready to awaken. More than excited to see them spring out of dormancy! Will definitely buy from them again!

Ordered a Dwarf Gala Apple tree and received a broken Granny Smith tree. The product was advertised as at least 2 years old, but there's no way the tree is that old and the root system was very small. I've emailed the company multiple times with pictures since receiving the tree with no response. I recommend spending a little more and using a local nursery or a reputable online nursery and avoid Online Orchards.

Just got a tree I assumed they would send in the Spring. Spent a 1/2 hour trying to get someone to answer one of the many #s online. Sent an email.
Thought they would send tree in the Spring not December. Hopefully will not be ghosted as some have said.

The apricot tree i ordered was advertised as a 2-years old tree 3 to 4 feet high. What I got happened to be a less than 1-year old 2 feet high needle like cutting. Extremely disappointed. Should have read the reviews first. Do not trust this company and do not buy from them

I received what order in a really bad shape. 3 trees out of 5 orchards trees that I have ordered are completely dead damaged.
I have try to communicate with the company, and I do not even get a call back.
One hundred percent disappointed.
I have wasted my money.

I ordered a tree from this crappy company. They refused to answer my emails for a year and then said they couldn't replace the tree because it was over a year. Instead of ordering anything from this criminal company, just burn your money - at least you will have 5 seconds of heat instead of a year of lies.

This company sends dead trees and won’t respond to emails. Total waste of money.

Do NOT Trust Online Orchards.
They disregard contacts when they make their continued errors. BEFORE we knew how low they were rated we stupidly ordered from them .... What A WASTE OF MONEY!
We received Dead Trees, Dead Plants, Dead Bushes, some were broken up, some missing the dirt that was at the other end of the box because they do NOT contain the containers in a plastic bag or anything else. And they do NOT give refunds even though you begin asking from the moment of receiving your shipment. Oh we sent the requested pictures over and over and over and still NO refund!
THANK GOD we found Fast Growing Trees that send Alive, Beautiful, and much better priced LIVE plants.

I ordered a Lapins cherry tree and as other reviewers have stated, received a very poorly grafted, horribly cut back to nothing sad little stick of a tree. It is as described a 3’ tree that at one point may have been 6’. It arrived two weeks late and was immediately planted and cared for exactly as directed and has never shown anything but wood drying up. Don’t waste your money, go to a real nursery and a what you pay for. What a scam.

Ordered 2 apple trees - Fuji and Honeycrisp... Both came in a timely fashion however, there was no growth on either. I followed the planting instructions and almost 2 months later, nothing but 2 dead trees. I have tried, time & time again, to get in contact with Online Orchards but have yet to hear a word. They are an LLC, which means they are protected and they know this. I've contacted the BBB, but this will be no good either. Do yourself a favor and do better than I did - make sure you research first.

Ordered a tree showed up dead. After five days they emailed me and said they would send me another one after I sent the multiple pictures of the dead tree. They sent me a branch, and now there are refusing to refund my money for sending me a branch that was broken when it showed up. on the website it specifically says tree I did not order a graft and that’s what they’re claiming I did.
