DO NOT BUY FROM this company. I contacted this company shortly after purchasing a peach tree. They stalled by having me do a scratch test. Now they say too late to replace. This company does not stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY from Online Orchards.

I searched the internet for a dwarf red barlett pear tree. Online Orchards was the only company that offered this tree. I was skeptical after reading the reviews. When my pear tree came, I was so happy. It's about 4 ft tall and is getting lots of new growth. I am very happy with my purchase. So much so, I ordered a Red Haven dwarf peach tree from Home Depot. They use the same company. ( I didn't know that before) The peach tree came about 4 ft tall, with a lot of new growth on it. I couldn't be happier

My cherry tree wouldn't grow new leaves after 2 months finally died. Took photos like they asked and sent email and never got a response back after that. Bad customer service and low quality tree products. Wouldn't recommend.

Paid $50 for a dead Bing cherry tree. Took photos, sent them an email and not even the courtesy of a response. Awful company whose sole purpose is to rip off the public.

3 in 1 cherry tree arrived smelling rotten with dying and shriveled up leaves. I immediately notified online orchards about the poor condition the tree arrived in and requested to return for a refund the same day it arrived. Customer service told me that since the tree is green under the bark, it is living tissue. I still requested to return due to the poor condition. All 3 different cherry branches have since died and customer service won’t respond to me.

Wow! Better Montmorency Cherry tree than expected.

While it died almost immediately, I blame the summer sun and 100° temperatures. The company sent what looked to be a fine tree.

We purchased 3 fruit trees and two Lavender plants, the dwarf apple tree arrived broken half way up the trunk, we contacted Online orchards and they asked us to send a picture of the break which we did. We heard nothing for days and when we reached out again they asked for more pictures of the whole tree, we had already disposed as it would not grow and now they are simply ingnoring us, and the Lavender plants were substandard at best, but we think they will live. We will never do business with this business again!! NOT RECCOMENDED!!

Absolutely terrible state of 2 plants I ordered through Lowes. Two Red Twig Dogwood Accent Shrubs had 12-15 dead/dry leaves in the box. The plants were crammed into a small box and shipped on their sides. They were wrapped in cellophane and there wasn't a drop of condensation. The soil/peat mix was bone-dry. Shameful!!! Online Orchards should not be affiliated with Lowes. Lowes drop OnlineOrchards.com NOW!!!

I ordered a specific Hibiscus bush, actually 3. Now that they are finally blooming they are all different. I specifically ordered because of color and style. I’ve tried contacting customer service relentlessly with no response! Big mistake ordering from them. Never again!

Ordered a Prarie Fire crabapple tree through Tractor Supply. The tree shipped to me was the worst hack job I've ever seen. The tap root, and most of the feeder roots were hacked off leaving three small feeder roots, three inches long, to nourish the tree. The odds of planting a pruned branch in the soil, and having it root are higher than this tree surviving. If I don't see any signs of life in three weeks, I doubt I will, I'll source a tree locally to replace it. (arrived 6/29/24)

The worst. I should've did research before buying from these people. I never received my plant. I don't even think they sent it. I had put my business address. Got in touch with them 30 seconds after I realize I sent it to work address. The emailed me saying they sent it already. I said ok. Now I been waiting over 3 weeks and the tree stoll hasn't came. Tried to get in touch again about where the tree is and no replies.....crickets crickets....before i gave this scathing review I emailed plenty of emails to see if they would correct the problem.

Don't order from this company! After 3 weeks of trying to get in touch with them I have never received an answer from my 3 emails. If you notice there is no phone number for this company on their website. I have no idea if they are even going to send me the plants I ordered. So as of today 05/23/2024 I am going to call my credit card company and request a refund. This company has already charged my credit card. Don't even try to work with this company, they are a sham.

Ordered a Cherry tree through Home Depot, it arrived all banged up with all the limbs snapped and broken and leaves shriveled. Have emailed them twice and like others, have heard zero response. Scam

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. I went through all these issues others have shared. No response to emails. They messed up the credit card purchase, shipping took almost two weeks, the trees arrived wilted with mold on the roots. Tried saving them but they are dead. No response to emails. Once they get your money, you aren't even an afterthought. I'll be contacting the BBB to report them. I recommend others do the same if they had these issues. Prove me wrong Online Orchards and answer my emails!

Ordered pear tree as a gift. It was delivered in lifeless condition and almost no root on it, buds never appeared.
Contacted them over the email but never received any response.
It might be coincidence but soon after purchase on their page somobody tried to charge additional amount from the card. Luckly bank prevented it.

Ordered thru Home Depot. I received a different variety of the plant I ordered. Sent a couple of emails to Online Orchards and got no response, Pretty much zero customer service.

Ordered a Santa Rosa plum tree. The bare root tree was shipped to me not dormant and already leafed out. Some leaves and branches were dead so I had to prune the dead branches. Unfortunately my Santa Rosa tree didn’t survive. Why would you not pot trees that are out of dormancy and leafing out. I from Indiana so shipping can be up to a week. I am very upset and wish I read the reviews first. Beware!!

Ordered online after 2 weeks never got a notice of shipment so tried to call several times no response sent emails no response finally called the credit card company and got my money back that way sad part about it Home Depot uses the same company and I didn't realize it until after I placed the order they say I will get it by May 20th but I'm very doubtful because it hasn't even been shipped yet so I may be trying to get my money back from Home Depot or a credit back

ordered a Crimson King Maple tree, received a stick with the top cut off. this is an old cut. have sent two emails inquiring about this stick tree. so far no response. a stick with top chopped off. you are never supposed to top off a tree.
