i paid to you £89.60 to file a confirmation statement which you did not file ,i then did it myself with companies house and paid £50.which is £39.60 cheaper than you . i have asked to be refunded and have been completely ignored by online filings .i am sure i am not the only company you have let down i am still awaiting a call back to date nothing

Online Filings is an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) registered with Companies House and supervised for anti-money laundering compliance. Because of this, we are required to complete identity verification for all directors and users before any filing can be submitted. This is a legal requirement and ensures all filings are properly validated and compliant.
In your case, the onboarding and verification steps were not completed, which unfortunately meant the Confirmation Statement could not be submitted.
We set out the verification requirements and the steps involved before checkout, including in the product information and FAQs, so customers can see what is needed prior to placing an order. In addition, we sent you reminder emails inviting you to complete the filing, to ensure you had the opportunity to finish the process.

totaly misleading service
totaly misleading service, claims ease and simplicity and no mention of extra steps proir to paying.. the whole process can be completed faster on hmrc site with far less steps.. was completly unable to use the service even after paying due to old fashioned id proof checks

We’re sorry to hear you felt the process was misleading, but just to clarify, Online Filings is a private service provider and not affiliated with GOV.UK or Companies House. This is stated throughout our site, including at checkout, along with the fact that official filing requirements still apply.
We reviewed your order and can see that the filing was not completed because the authentication code was not entered during the authorisation step. This code is required in order to authorise and submit the filing. If the code is not available, there is an option within the platform to request it, so the process can continue once received. We also explain these requirements on our website before checkout, including in the product information and FAQs, so customers can see what is needed before placing an order.
We do also highlight that filing directly with the government is always an option, and some customers prefer our service for the guided process and support.
We’re sorry this didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. If you do decide to use us again in the future, we’re always happy to help make the process as smooth as possible.

This online filings company even not deserve 1star, Its totaly scam. Please we aware.............who will use them definetly loose your money.
I never suggeset to use this comapany to use any service. Scam, scam and scammer, first they steal your data from elase where and keep emailing you , show like its from Govermnet website and pay for your filing and this and that.
We definetely file a case and will report to comapny house to make sure they should stop it and not staeling data and taking money from pepole in this hard time.

An order was placed within our platform, however the application was not completed as the required identity verification step was not finished. Before any filing can be submitted, identity verification is required for all users. This is a legal requirement for Authorised Corporate Service Providers under UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations and is outlined in our FAQs, which are available prior to checkout. As this step was not completed, the filing could not be submitted.
When you contacted us, we provided guidance on how to complete the verification so the application could proceed.
Online Filings is a private service provider and is not affiliated with Companies House or GOV.UK. This is clearly stated on our website. Our service is optional and designed to support customers through the filing process, and it is always possible to file directly with Companies House if preferred.

A whole lot of fuss.
Although we had already got Companies House individual codes we were asked to repeat the procedure for Online Filings. This was completed eventually after one of us had problems with the system. After submitting our conformation statement I received emails telling me it was done and a little later another mail saying it had been accepted. Around 10 days later an email from Companies House was received asking for our individual codes. So upon having our identity codes twice somehow Online Filings had managed to not pass them on. I’m now wondering if the submission was actually made to Companies House or not. Can I expect a fine from them soon ? We will see.

Absolute Scam
Absolute Scam. Avoid any contact with them. Paid fees with them and they advised part was a government fee. Been contacted by Companies House and no fee was given to them and had to pay government fee again. I will be passing their details onto the government along with any correspondence and invoices I have paid. Avoid!

I received an email from this company…
I received an email from this company stating they can file my confirmation statements in 5 minutes. After paying 89£, I couldn't complete the process. I called them and requested my money back. Someone called Gabriella from the company called me back and gave me a fake email to request my money. I sent the email,it didn't go through. I called the number again and I couldn't get to anyone. Till date,my confirmation statements was not files, money gone and I cant get through to anyone. Since I cannot communicate with you through any reliable means,I am sure this feedback will get your attention. I need my money back. The confirmation was for Anna and Elvis healthcare services limited. Thank you
