I have ordered my polygel and lamp kit in april and we are now almost in august and still nothing has arrived. I have contacted the seller for my refund 3 times and up to now will not respond.
Bunch of thieves

Ordered in March, came in June. When it came the top had burst and the gel was on EVERYTHING. When sending the pictures of the package with everything all over it (you could see the top was burst, not the lid at the bottom) and asking for a refund, they took ages to respond. When they actually did respond, they asked me to open it up and show pictures to prove that it was the top of the tube that had burst, and not the seal and lid at the bottom (again you could clearly see from the picture of the package that all the gel was at the top of the tube and none of it had gotten to the bottom where the lid was). So now I have opened it up and ALL of this stuff is on my hands, on a new towel and I am having to send them of the hole in the top of the tube and the seal still being on and the lid completely clean. I still havent had a response (since 01/07). This product doesn't do well being exposed to air. They say after each time you use it to put the lid on because it effects the gel. As it took months to come, it could have been exposed for months. I did try to use the product even though it already got everywhere. It is completely unmanageable and the customer service is a complete waste of time! If you want to waste money you'll probably never get back, buy this product!

Scam. I paid 40something dollars for a nail set and lamp back in March. It is almost August and I never received it. I have sent multiple emails and I get no replies from customer service. Oh and their website no longer exists.

Negative stars!!! :( Do not order! i got totally scammed like everyone else. Purchased the polygel kit with free uv lamp back mid-April - paid extra for fast shipping..lol! what a joke! Apparently my tracking says it is still en route to Canada. I'm not holding my breath. Oh, and have you tried to check on your order recently? Store no longer exists.... I'm currently checking with my credit card company to see how I can get back my $46.84 CDN..

I ordered a nail lamp and the gel set from them in March and i have been in contact with the company and have gotten maybe three responses back from them. One email was where they claimed they never even had any report that I ordered from them so I had to send screenshots then they told me it was on it was here it is July and I still haven’t gotten anything

Never dealt with such terrible customer service... ordered products from them March 29, it is now June 25th and I’ve emailed multiple times, have gotten two replies which have told me they will not cancel or refund my order. This company is a SCAM, I wonder how much money they’ve made by this.

This company is a COMPLETE sham. We ordered a PolyGel Nail Kit and UV LED Lamp on March 31st, 2020. It is now June 22, 2020 and we have not received our order. Received an email on May 13 saying our order was shipped. Tracking number doesn't work. They don't respond to emails and ironically the email address is not the same on the order confirmation and delivery emails we received. Money is gone I am sure. RUN AWAY- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I actually give this company 0 stars. IT IS A SCAM BEWARE! I ordered poly gel and the lamp on April 4, 2020 and I have yet to receive it. They are trying to tell me it's been delivered meanwhile the tracking number doesn't even work. I demanded a refund and they refuse. The emails come very poorly written and they keep responding with hey friend..I'm definitely not your friend and will make sure no one else gets scammed. I disputed the charges so hopefully I get my money back. Also seems they changed the website name to lightdarkspace.com. Must be from all the bad reviews calling them out on thier scam.

It’s been 3 months I ordered.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I placed an order on March 6, 2020. Today is June 14, 2020 and I still haven't recieved my package. At first I was thinking maybe the delay is do to COVID-19. I have emailed them and no response yet. Yombeauty if you do not give me a refund I will be disputing this with my bank. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It's a waste of money! Don't buy this products. I did step by step and it didn't work. I ended up throwing everything away. First of all, it doesn't stick to your nail. The nail shapes are way too big to fit your nails. To top it off I just got my kit in the mail more than 3 months after I order it. I'm so disappointed 😔.

I’ve been waiting 2 months for a package that I literally paid express shipping for. THEYRE FAKE LIARS SCAMMERS

I did not do my research and I got duped! Bought a pair of shoes from an advertisement, it was a great deal. Well, I ordered on April 10th, 2020. Got a confirmation email and even got charged from credit card. I placed my order 2 months ago and I have been emailing them for no answer till now! I would not recommend this company what so ever and if I could it will be without any star, because for this customer service any star is too much! This company is as fake as they come and I was too dumb to check and make sure they were legit. I'm opening a dispute with my credit card to cancel it and have a refund.

I placed my order over 2 months ago and I have been emailing them day in day out to try and find out why I haven't yet got my order and no one has got back to me. They said it was on it ways and give my a tracking number but all the writing was not English, so I was not able to understand what it said.They have also took my money out my bank to pay for my "goods" but yet they haven't turned up. If I was you I would not buy anything form this website as you don't get the order that you place which is despicable and disgusting. They are nothing but a big SCAM!!!!!

I ordered 4/11 this company is a scam I constantly emailed no clear response on when my product will get here paid for expedited shipping 7-10 days here we are still no order. I’ve reached out on fb messenger still nothing buyer beware disputed with my bank luckily I didn’t buy up a lot of product

Complete scam!!! I ordered in the beginning of April and even paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to be 7-10 days. Now, May 7th, nothing! I keep email them and I have gotten a response giving me a bogus tracking number that doesn't work! I have emailed the again and again and they say, we JUST mailed your product please have patience.....still nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered goods on February 29th. May 7th & still no goods. They took my money & when i click on View your Items from the email "Oops something went wrong Store is available". have sent several emails & no reply.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered a polygel nail kit and uv lamp on April 17th. I payed for expedited shipping and was informed I would get an email when my items were ready to ship. I have now emailed 3 times and no one ever returns the email. It is now May 6th I still have no product they have my money and no one responds.
