The recruiter Louise has been great
The recruiter Louise has been great. She has kept me up to date with the progress, including sending confirmation the CV was sent to the employer which most agencies don't generally do. She's provided interview preparation documentation and also wished me luck just before the interview which has made the overall services more personal than other agencies. Would highly recommend

Applied for a job. Disgraced and shouted on the phone with Louise. Try a new agency, and wish I never did. I might not have the experience but at least give someone a chance.

Dear Mehul Sakaria (the name shown on your CV, not Fred Smith. I did look into the reason for your one-star review and was informed that you didn't have the right skill set for the role that you applied for, hence the reason for the rejection. Further conversations with you also confirmed this and we offered to look for alternative roles. We are sorry that your experience didn't fit the role that you applied for, we would not have wanted to waste your or our client's time knowing in the outcome would not have been positive for either party. To avoid future disappointments please avoid applying for roles that do not meet your skill set and experience. Good luck in looking for new opportunities, sorry we could not help you.

Amazing experience, thank you team!
One to one have given me an incredible experience from start to finish. Sophie Barnes was incredibly supportive, reliable & informative. Sophie went above and beyond to support me & I have secured an amazing placement. Other members of the team have also been incredibly professional for example Amy. I highly recommend this agency, a lovely team of staff members who show the upmost respect, I didn’t find any of the process up to my interview stressful or full on. All I can say is thank you sophie, you are a true asset to your team! Evi
