Would highly recommend!

We sold our watch to Mohammed at Up North Watches and it could not have gone smoother. Very professional and straightforward good people to deal with. Thank you

Was very helpful and gave us options before my wife and I decided on the perfect forever gift for our daughter thank you Up North Watches for your help advice and professionalism!

Absolute crap, the screen no longer displays anything does charge. Complete waste of time. Don’t buy..

Curtis resolved an issue for us under a very tight deadline, and we couldn’t be more impressed. It really makes you question why anyone would go to an authorised dealer when you can receive this level of service and support from them.

Quick to respond and accommodating to my time too. Ran through the purchase with me in detail and felt very relaxed with the purchase.

Great customer service and knowledge of the industry and items I was interested in. Felt very confident throughout the buying process and extremely happy with my purchase. Will definitely be going back here and getting more stuff in the future!

Would highly recommend this company, very knowledgeable and professional and provided an excellent service from start to finish.

Fantastic personal touch you wouldn’t get anywhere else friendly & efficient, after showing interest in a particular watch, Curtis was more than happy to sort an appointment to suit my needs.

I’ll be 100% returning in the near future.

What a service they provide it's unreal. Been dealing with them for last 3 years and won't be changing them at all. 5 starrrr

Amazing experience, bought my first watch from up north and they made the journey so easy and fast! Sent a photo via WhatsApp and they advised would take a week and that’s how long it took. Shout out to Curtis for sourcing my first watch! I’m in love! Will definitely be seeing you guys again soon!

This company is first rate, professional and knowledgable. Curtis is not a pressure salesman he is understanding to the needs of the customer.

Amazing service from UpNorthWatches. A genuine, fair offer on my watch without haggle after seeing it, seamless quick transaction for appraisal and payment. With what they had in stock it was tough to resist coming away with another piece. Pleasure doing business with Curtis as always.

Great service , very professional, great selection of watches , would definitely recommend buying your watches from here 👍

Amazing service. Bought myself a sky dweller. A wonderful simple experience.

Curtis provided a consummate professional service. He is informative, patient and customer centric.
He executed at speed, provided reassurance and took pride in delivering a genuine client relationship.
Despite the time constraints and short notice I gave him to work within, especially during the busy Christmas period, he managed to not just meet, but exceed our expectations. All whilst proactively remaining communicative and flexible to make sure my request was met.

A brilliant service and an even more brilliant professional behind it.

Highly recommended! In fact, I’ve already referred him

Thank you

Amazing service. I messaged Curtis about a watch I wanted for my wife for her birthday he managed to get me the exact watch I wanted. He always answered my messages and kept in contact on delivery times and made the whole process easy on collection it was a very private and personal experience. I can’t recommend him enough. Only watch dealer I will be using.

Curtis is knowledgeable on his watches, and service is top tier.

Great service will use Up North Watches again
