Shipping to US was fast. Quality of my saree is amazing and price was excellent, especially for a piece that was tailored to my height. I was worried sizing would be difficult but it fits perfectly. Draping a saree used to take so much time to do by myself, so many safety pins and anxiety that I would mess it up while wearing. One minute saree makes saree so easy to wear. Already planning my next purchase!

I ordered a lavender silk saree from this company. It looked amazing on their website. When it arrived the fabric was completely different to that pictured. The fabric online was a beautiful vibrant lilac purple with metallic gold thread. On arrival the fabric was dull, lackluster, almost brown in undertone. The sizing despite having sent them my actual measurements was also completely incorrect, the waist was far too small, the sari that wraps around had far too much fabric, the blouse did not fit at all (armholes far too small, too much fabric around the middle etc).

I reached out to the company immediately letting them know of the issues. They said someone would respond. Nobody did. I reached out again and again, they said the issue was being escalated and somebody would come back to me. Still nothing.

On their website their return policy clearly states: If We Made a Mistake
You will receive a full refund or replacement if:
You received the wrong item
Your item arrived damaged
The saree was stitched incorrectly based on the measurements you selected
In these cases, we will send you a prepaid return label so you can return the item to our U.S. address at no cost.

I remain waiting for a resolution. I recommend extreme caution in ordering from this company.

First - beware they offer incentives for posting reviews. Second - terrible customer service. Submitted return request ~ 10 days after receiving blouses that were not custom ordered. Two majorly deviated from the images on the website. Didn’t hear back. Reached out via text. Submitted photos as requested. Repeatedly told it would be resolved in X days. It never was. Kept having to check back. Will never order here again.

My item was shipped well after the expected delivery date. Despite this being the company's error- they refused any type of refund. I now have a garment that I cannot wear that I cannot return

I needed a saree for a wedding and tried some from a friend but they were so difficult for me to wrap. One minute saree was a life-saving. They have a large, beautiful selection. The saree I chose was lovely, true to the photo and as advertised, easy to wear. Delivery was on time. I am looking forward to the wedding without stress.

The hardest part was choosing from all the beautiful sarees! Everything went smoothly from the start. I even received a message after the order was delivered to make sure everything was perfect. It was! The custom blouse fits perfectly and the fabric is dreamy.

The sarees are absolutely stunning and were so easy to put on, I am so excited to wear them!!

Five stars ! I am absolutely in love with this blouse. it arrived right on time , although I was getting lots of emails for possible delays. It was packaged beautifully with a reusable bag . The fit is perfect, and the satin fabric is incredibly comfortable and elegant. I love that it has a little bit of stretch to it, which makes it flexible and easy to move around in. The sweetheart design and style look amazing. Highly recommend! Thank you .

This was my first time ordering and wearing a saree, it was very easy and the website provided detailed information to ensure the correct measurements were sent. The saree is absolutely beautiful and very easy to wear, it also shipped very fast!

I’m very happy with my purchase from One Minute Saree! I ordered two sarees for my daughters, and they were both very happy with how they looked. The quality was good, the blouses fit nicely, and the communication from One Minute Saree was excellent. The products also arrived early than the requested date.
A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering:
No returns or exchanges: Since each order is custom-fitted, there are no returns or exchanges, so make sure to double-check your measurements before placing the order.
Waist measurement: I would recommend providing the waist measurement on the slightly larger side. The waist comes with three pre-stitched size options, and in our case, the current fit was already at the largest setting. This means there isn’t much room to adjust it in the future if needed.
Overall, it was a great experience, and my daughters loved their sarees!

This place is a must! So worth it! The saree is beautiful. The clips and sizing are perfect, they even gave extra fabric just in case. The staff was so kind and helped make sure I got my saree just in time for an event. It's such an easy put-on, I didn't have to worry about a thing.
