Above and beyond
My son's rugby team use this company for their kit. I needed to get new socks but they always seemed to be out of stock but the lady from the customer services went above and beyond and managed to find 2 pairs for me to order.
I honestly cant thank her enough. 10/10 would recomend
Just to add, the rugby kits and lesure wear we have bought from here are always great quality and have our lasted other comparable kits.
Mistake was rectified
I had an issue but Sarah dealt with it professionally and very satisfactory. She knows how to not let an issue develop into a major issue. Very satisfied with company overall.

Super service. Has to get a personalised order by a specific date and they were able to prioritise and get it turned around in record time. Highly recommend.

Not a good start; no returns form in package, no label for return " cutting paper" a euphemism for discouraging returns which customer pays for, even when O'Neill sizing does not match guidelines. Dismissive customer services handler.
My first order with O'Neills is also my last.
Pricing is ok but size issue makes purchases a risk.

Delivery update
Carole, a customer service advisor was great over email, sent the request just to see when it would be shipped knowing it might take a few days, Carole then told me later on in the day the order was shipped. Great, fast and transparent communication throughout the process.

Just had a fantastic first experience of ordering from O’Neills.
Needed kit in a hurry for a match. Ordered multiple sizes. The online process was easy. I didn’t initially receive an email confirmation, but top marks to customer service who were really prompt at responding to my query on that and ensuring that one was received.
My order arrived really promptly. The quality of the items is, of course, excellent.
Having ordered multiples for size, had to also do a return. The process was simple. The confirmation of receiving the goods back was, again, prompt as was the refund.
So overall, a really smooth process and excellent service.
Great Customer Care
Sarah in the customer care team helped me with an issue that was entirely my fault.

Loyalty code emailed through and didn’t work. I contacted the support team not expecting much bugs service was spot on. They reviewed and honoured the discount after the closing period. Ben was great and was clear with all communication.

Will never be buying customised…
Will never be buying customised clothing again from this website. The girls small t-shirt fitted my son who plays Senior Cup Rugby. When I returned the product, as it was of no use to us & I definitely wasn't asking her fellow pupils to take a top that was completely mis-sized, they posted it back to us even though we didn't want it. I am not sure how a customised business model where you cannot make returns works , if your sizing is completely off. Between posting & being left with clothing that don't fit, O'Neills needs to rethink their contribution or lack of to sustainability goals.

Faulty hoodie, replaced super fast. excellent service
I ordered a personalised hoodie for my son for his rugby club, it came very quickly but the club badge wasn't complete. I emailed O'Neills and Ben from customer service responded quickly. He organised a replacement and collection for the faulty item. It arrived today, perfect and I didn't expect it so soon. faulty item yes. Replaced no fuss, super impressed well done

Terrible service, won’t except return even if item was different in photo , cost be 10€ to return for them to return back to me without any correspondence. Will not buy off them again , now left with a jacket that doesn’t fit!

Disgusting company and terrible customer service.
Purchased some Xmas gifts for my kids. The tops were fine but sizing on the leggings and tracksuit bottoms was very strange and not true to size in the slightest. Was annoyed they don’t do free returns but paid for Royal Mail signed for return to ensure it was received. Royal Mail says item delivered early January and shows a signature and says signed for by oneills. Now over a month since it was received by o’neills and all I get from them is that they haven’t received it. This is despite Royal Mail saying it was delivered to the correct address with proof of signature. This is £40 worth of goods. It’s nothing to o’neills but it’s a lot to me and they take days and days to reply and tell me to contact Royal Mail for the parcel status. Royal Mail gives me the parcel
Status as signed for and delivered. O’neills reply and say well their warehouse hasn’t received it. Where does this end. We go round and round in circles. Unless I go to belfast and search the warehouse. They can treat me like a piece of dirt and get away with it. Disgusting customer service, terrible returns experience, they owe me money and I am yet to get anything more than we haven’t received the return. O’Neills is no Nike or marks and Spencer’s or even primark have better customer service then these guys. Utter disgrace. Do not throw your money away by risking ordering through these cowboys.
