Nathan ❤️ is life saviour! I've been told from ETAX ACCOUNTANTS that I was owning 3186$ ....
Today I've received a phone call from Nathan telling me that I'm not in debt at all ,instead I'll receive some money! After dealing with Etax for more than a month it took 10 minutes to Nathan to figure all this out. He was really polite , cool helpful and funny.

Terrible and please avoid it.
I had made an account and before including any information, I decided to do my taxes with the ATO. A few weeks later, I receive an email stating that I owe them money? Absolutely not. They did not do my taxes in any sense and I was unable to delete my account due to the confusion at the time. I gave them no information of mine so they had no right to do anything without my knowledge. Complete and utter scam and go to a company or website that will help you with your taxes properly.

Had some complex tax affairs to be sorted out and unfortunately made the mistake of engaging OneClick.

They are a software company and not a professional tax advisor. Communication is beyond just poor, they provide no advice as to how to manage tax optimisation and their service to negotiate any penalties with the ATO are non-existent. In fact you would be MUCH better off picking up the phone yourself. Your assigned rep will not be contactable by phone and will not give out mobile number. They do not care about optimising your outcome, just charging for entering numbers in their software.

Avoid for anything more complex than a simple PAYE return.

The problem was not with your phone system.

In fact even when in contact with Nathan, the Managing Director of this business - on his mobile phone - who promised to "look into" the issues and respond with at least an explanation for the appalling service I received. I STILL got no response or answer after chasing him 6+ times over 4 days when he knew I was leaving the country. Your accountants may know the tax rules, but part of the service is effective communication with clients and on this topic, your organisation has FAILED DISMALLY in each my interactions with EVERY ONE of your staff members I interfaced with.

They did my tax no fuss, excellent job.

BIGGEST SCAM!! DONT USE!! I’m an 18 year old, and so naively lodged my tax return with One Click. A really easy process to begin with which made me believe that it would be a trustworthy process. After a couple weeks I received my receipts from the ATO that my tax return had been deposited but I was yet to receive any payments. Come to find out it had been deposited into a random account! I’ve tried to contact them several times. NOTHING. Biggest regret, honestly just lodge your tax yourself. Hope they feel great after scamming $900 out of a 18 year old

I can’t thank them enough! I did my tax 2 weeks ago “late I know”! But today I got a warning letter from the ATO for an unlodged tax return in 2017 and could be fined?!?! I called the office and spoke to “A” couldn’t quiet understand his name his name but turns out he already sorted this for me and they will just send a bill at the end of the month. Can’t thank these guys enough as o couldn’t afford the fine when I didn’t even know I had to do a tax return for 2017 when I only worked part time as a student! Thank you thank thank you!

Just randomly got a statement saying I owe them money, and the only option they have is by eftpos payment to a bsb/ acc number

Pretty impressive. I just completed a tax return in 5 minutes. The process was sleek and easy. Income already in there, there was something there for pulling in expenses and the system showed me an estimate at the end.. which was more than I expected and more than previous years. V happy. Will now be doing a will with these guys too!

That was scammed, I completed the forms and was happy to be getting my $70 of tax back.
I later received an email, saying that I owe $99 for simply using their website.
I am loosing more money then I am gaining. This is an absolute joke stealing naive childrens money. There was no warning stating you that I may not profit from this tax return and signing up had no information about having to pay.
I am disgusted, and all I want is for this taxation department to get rid of my details and cancel the return...

Paid my tax return and done which was 99 dollars. After 4 months they say that I owe them 100 dollars out of no where? They even send out a statement to my email address, saying that it is 20 dollars for each year, for 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 tax return which I DID NOT DO IT WITH THEM!!!

Got an email saying I owed $20 4 months after doing my tax back and I payed their regular $99. So why the hell are they charging me $20 out of no where??

There a so quike I want everyone to now that if u want to do your tax retern do it with this team there very quick and easy 1 minit you fill it only take 2 week and u get in your account trust this group

Quick easy and so much better to access online and it only took a little time highly recommend
