I am a big fan of One click.
Used them for my last 3 tax returns, super quick and easy.
My 77yo Dad was even able to do his tax using their system as well.
Cheaper than an accountant for my tax.
Also have used them for my will which was cheap and easy, only took a few minutes.

so easy, I got my refund so quick!

This team is a joke I applied to do the next day refund (if I wasn't going to get the next day refund I would have went elsewhere) I got knocked back from.the next day refund with them saying I owed money
I didn't owe money it was there mistake
Then they go ahead and lodge it now I'm in financial crisis nothing that anyone can do
Now I had to be on the phone with the ato due to concerns with my tfn
Then talking with the guy in charge he is like talking to a brickwall
Now my tax is back and I.still need to wait 2_3 business days for my money and pay these fuckwits something I could've done myself

You cannot cancel the extortionate renewal, been constantly sats in ques. Longest iv ever known, always 29th in que. Like I have this time on my hands just to stop them taking money from my account

amazing! so easy to do my tax return within 10 minutes! i saw these reviews after I did it and was a little worried, but it came through in less than a week with the full estimated value, same with one of my family members. yes you have to pay a fee but I think its totally worth it.

They are cons once you lodge they access your ATO and change the bank details so the refund goes to them and when you call them they ask you to pay service fee so they can give your your money when the agreement was to deduct the service fee once the refund gets to your bank account

This is my first time doing a return in Australia, and saw these guys posts all over FB and looked like the best , fastest way to receive my refund. Infact it's been the worse , despite ATO confirming my refund has already been released, I have received nothing. They don't reply to messages and when you ring each person gets told a different excuse. Will definitely be finding someone else to help with my tax next year

I used them a year ago and everything was good. However, this time I tried using them my refund was issued a while back by the ATO and OneClickLife has not yet given me my refund. They are holding on to it. I have tried contacting them. First time they said they will process it by the end of yesterday. Today their phone is not even working. I have made multiple attempts to contact them. I do not recommend. Definitely will not return.

I've read so many bad reviews here about OCL, but my experience has been amazing. The person I had answered a ton of questions regarding my filing. I'm an expat and in the past have paid hundreds of dollars to have my taxes prepared. With OCL they charge $99 only if you need to file. Because I was below the AU tax threshold, I haven't needed to file, and they didn't charge. It doesn't get any better than that. Even at $99AUD is a bargain. I highly recommend One Click Life.

Dreadful company to deal with, avoid at all cost. People with minimum moral values trying to sneak money away by lodging a false claimant with zero guidelines provided claiming they have processed something and demand you to pay for nothing.

Their emails have found me very frustrated as I initially pull up my personal details where the website has requested no supporting documents or any income statements, and obviously no returns or lodgments service has been provided or done.

A claimed "processed" lodgment of $0 income and $0 tax returnable is not lodgment, in which I later realised my MyGov account was not even linked to ATO as this was my first return. Thus making no sense at all.

I ended up calling ATO and get held for hours in line before gaining access to my actual ATO account, then proceeded to lodge every tax return and add all ABN jobs or services which was not reported by my previous employer(s).

In short words, no lodgments had been done through your company's panel with no records of any taxable income or expense, yet I kept receiving emails requesting payments for services I never received.

Would not recommend this company, I had them do a tax return and when they sent me my bill I tried to organise a payment plan to pay for it they did not get back to me and added late fees to my original amount so I tried contacting them 3 more times, they then sent it to a collections agent with who I organised a payment plan easily.
They are impossible to get ahold of and there is no communication on there side so they just add fees and then send collection agents for the money. Very poor company avoid at all costs.

Worst tax agent ever! Done a very poor job with my tax refund in which I ended up having to resolve it with the ATO myself without their help because they refused to do anything after I've paid upfront for their tax services! Didn't received any help whatsoever! Advised to be removed from their listed on my ATO tax profile so they no longer listed as a authorised agent if mine. They refused to do it and now trying to steal my tax refund by changing the banking details several times over after I told them to stop and no longer want them as my tax agent. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TRY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

Tax was done quick . But you actually do the process yourself . They say payment will be taken from your tax but it never was and now told if I don't pay it will go to a debt collector . No communication about the tax being completed I had to email to find out myself and then I never got my tax back anyway it went back to the government won't use them again not worth it end up paying them money rather than getting anything back -0000 starts for me

This is my second time with this company - last year was fine - This year 22/23 is not the same process - or Customer Care, this year I’m constantly waiting on hold , given wrong information for a week and then finally last week after speaking to ATO and The regulatory body , I finally spoke to someone from the office in WA who restored some hope this wasn’t a scam - however I’m now sitting on hold again - because they will not answer emails, no one seems to understand the basics no more of this for me - I’m going back to my proper accountant next year.
If they want Customers in this market they need to learn to communicate better with customers and constantly blaming someone else , it’s too important to be messing customers around.
- still on hold waiting 30 mins so far - while the voice mail messages keep telling me to email from the dashboard of their site - no one is answering emails properly - so I’m ringing again , this is just dreadful.
Im a little concerned for data and privacy as they are really struggling ??? - still on hold …..
Just spoken to woman who answers phone - again she tries to flick me back to the ATO -it’s not the ATO , I assume that’s her way of getting rid of people she’s been doing it for a week or more to me personally - The ATO have told me reliable information - now can this be in 2023 ?? - what’s happening ??

Really easy to do a tax return online. Called up and got Ahmed to help me out with previous years and he was great…definitely recommend talking to him and getting him to help you out with yours. Happy customer

my first experience was okay although they kept lowering the estimated refund amount it was quick and convenient.
However this time has been very frustrating as they are taking ages and just playing god with my money

Only gave it too stars because it only took me 10 mins to complete,
Website states no upfront fees and that it would come out of my return yet I had to pay $99 upfront, also website stated that if I chose 24hour refund there was an additional 1000 added to my refund which I was declined for, now I have tried to call multiple times, emailed and got no response. Last time I will be using this service to do my refund

Upon completing the process, I was shocked to discover that there was an annual fee of $99 that I was not made aware of before using your service. Despite any attempts made by your company to advertise this fee, I do not believe that I was clearly asked to agree to it. This fee was not clearly stated on your website and I was under the impression that the service was free, as advertised on your website with statements like "no upfront fee".

As an 18-year-old with minimal tax return and little experience in the process, this fee resulted in a significant financial loss for me. I believe that your advertising and marketing practices were misleading and did not accurately reflect the true cost of your services. I am extremely disappointed and regretful that I had to face this situation and I hope that your company will take steps to be more transparent in the future.
