Great customer service! I ordered a dress for my daughter from onea kids, it is a little defective. I contacted them through email, Kelsey responded to me right away and she issued me a full refund and let me keep the dress. She is very professional and polite! I really appreciate her help!

They responded when they saw the unfavorable review. But they definitely resolved the problem and issued me a refund.Their clothes is adorable but size down.

Not one item sent is the size I paid for. Everything is 2-3 sizes larger.
I ordered 12/18 months and received 3T and 8 and one item has no size- but would fit a toddler.

I have always enjoyed your product and service

Shipping was on point

Beautifull, the dress and the boys set hight quality.

Haven’t been able to get a response on returning this order. I attempted to cancel it almost immediately after ordering (realizing it was a duplicate of an earlier order, a few weeks prior), but the dress was sent anyway. Then, slow response to my request about returning it, and you couldn’t find my previous order, so we are still waiting on return info.

Adorable designs, top notch quality and my kids adores them

I recently discovered Onea Kids and I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience! As a busy parent, I love that I can find stylish, comfortable, and affordable clothing for my kids all in one place. The website is easy to navigate, and the selection is vast - from everyday essentials to special occasion wear.

The quality of the clothes is top-notch, and my kids love wearing them. The materials are soft, breathable, and durable, making them perfect for active little ones. Plus, the prices are unbeatable!

What really sets Onea Kids apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The team is friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction.

I've already recommended Onea Kids to all my fellow parent friends and will continue to shop here for all my kids' clothing needs. Five stars and a big thumbs up from our family! 👍👧🏼👦🏻

I got 2 beautiful dress from Onea kids. Beautiful, trending , high quality products. Great product selection. Definitely recommending!

I just got my order from Onea Kids for my little one, who's got sensitive skin and tends to react to rough materials. I'm super happy with my purchase! The clothes are incredibly soft and gentle, perfect for his allergies. Plus, they're really good quality and arrived right on time. Highly recommend for anyone with a baby who needs extra care with their clothes.

Very beautiful and high quality pieces, I keep getting stopped and asked where my kids got their clothes from! Shipping was 7 days though, but it definitely worth waiting.
