This is being generous at a 1 star I ordered a Kodak printer for my sister exchange was 67.00 checked it said was delivered to mail box it was not I have checked with neighbors and stores nothing sent emails and still nothing D not order from this company totally scammers

These do not look like a sneaker just a Good Looking dock shoe ! Was very impressed and they feel great on, not ur sneaker soft but more well made shoe soft. I'm Sick of The trainer, Athletic Look all sole tread and need to move away, more classy look.

There should be an option for unrated here. This company had my money for over three months and when the product finally arrived it was of extremely poor quality. The item is flimsy and not fit for purpose. I have emailed asking for the return address and am being fobbed off with how they “cherish me as a valued customer and will offer me £4 compensation”. I’m pursuing this out of principle, please DO NOT BUY from Onalevelwith. They are ripping people off worldwide!

Would have put zero stars. After 3 months boots arrived. Nothing like photo, 2 sizes too big, black marks on the from black packaging. Flimsy and cheap. Worst boots I’ve ever seen. Disgraceful. Complete waste of money. Not fit for purpose just fit for the bin . Fuming

Appalling company. Had my money for 3 months before I finally received the product. Ordered a medium, but was clearly an extra small when I tried in on. Battling with them to get it exchanged or returned. There email responses just don’t make sense. I am sure there tactic is to wear me down so I give up!

Ordered a pair of boots they took a month to arrive. I wore them a week and they split across the sole on both boots.
They have sent a return but they are 4 sizes to big.
I complained again and they have offered a £2 refund.
I gave them a chance to give me a refund and now I've heard nothing.

I bought 2 pairs of boots at christmas. The soles on both boots split across the ball of the foot all the way through to the inside sole. I only wore them about 6 times for a couple of hours and they were £30 a pair! I havent even worn the other pair yet but the "plastic" soles on them are crap. It's a shame,dispite being crammed into a bag, being a bit crinkled they filled out and are really comfy, very warm and look great. Why go to such lengths, then put a plastic sole on them? They have completely ignored my several emails so I've now got 2 pairs of boots that are only fit for the bin and I'm £60 down too. Not happy and shame on Facebook for allowing such shocking companies to advertise on them!! ZERO STARS!!!

I have been waiting 3 months for 3 pairs of non existent boots.

Don’t part with your money.

Bought a jacket, it had no lining and looked like a 5 year old had put it together. Paid £24.99 and they offered my £5 back to keep it. Their marketing pictures look great, dont be fooled!!!! They would not let me return it! Going forward, Facebook take zero responsibility, so my advice, dont buy off FB again ever!!

I ordered a pair of boots from a Facebook ad. The only emails I had was from 24hservice, positioning themselves as the delivery partner. (Having no link back to the original retailer means it's not possible to run a charge back on your credit card).

The boots were described as "high quality" and "high quality natural materials" with water resistance, windproof and thermal comfort. And the price tag was about right for that.

I waited over a month for them. What arrived was not only horrid, it was cheap and nasty. They are so flimsy and light, you wouldn't even get something that poor in a low cost UK shoe shop.

I tried to return them and was refused because they 'delivered the product' I ordered. And I couldn't do a chargeback on my credit card, because I couldn't prove the name of the company I ordered from - as all the emails had come from 24hservice.

Onalevelwith (and I suspect Gitfe) and 24hservice are all the same scammers using Facebook ads to con people! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I gave 1 star because I recieved a £20 "compensation" payment on a £56.99 order whic I refused to send back because it would cist me £35 to return, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!
Took 4 weeks to arrive and were just unwearable.

If you want to do something about these scammers report them to the police via their Action Fraud page if you are in the UK. It is a bit lengthy to fill the form in but these scammers will con other people if their victims don't report it.

If I could give minus stars I would. I have ordered my boots more than a month ago. They are still not here. The company keeps lying. The tracking company is a scam. They don't know where my package is in the UK. I asked for my money back but keep getting apologies and no money. They also overcharged at the initial purchase. They don't give out company or trading number and trade country. So basically you cannot report or find them. And ladies and gentlemen, hence I order everything from Amazon. Thank you for the reminder of internet scam companies. The company is Chinese but pretends to work from the US. Absolutely disgusting. I do not think my item will arrive or it will be the quality on the pictures. Do not order. I wish I checked them out here before ordering. Thrown £30 and a month fuming out of the window.

Update:

the boots arrived after one and half months of fighting with the company. They are cheap quality, horrible knock offs with the wrong colour, wrong material and wrong size. I am fuming. It was supposed to be a present from my mum for Christmas. I am trying to get my money back from PayPal.

Absolutely disgusting site ordered a pair of Phoebe boots on Xmas day outta Xmas money they arrived and even though they didn’t look like the pic I could put up with that but after wearing them for less than two weeks both soles underneath snapped in half. Customer services where a waste of time offering me £3 back then slowly going up to £7 declined them all and after 20+ emails and them taking my reviews down I posted it on fb with the pics of what I’m left with. I put complaint in through PayPal and luckily they are refunding me my money back. ALL OF IT. Don’t give up trying this company needs stopping it’s wrong what they are doing and the fact they get away with it is sickening. Good luck to all those trying to get refunded I hope you all succeed xx

They sent me wrong size, wrong colour and stained boots. Also my account was charge for over £6 more than original price (refunded after 2 months of fight!)
The quality of the boots is really poor. This is very thin material. Don't looks like on their Web.
Unfortunately they don't want to say they made a mistake with my order even I proof with photos that the order is wrong. I've lost 3 months with fighting with this liars. I do not recommended them at all. Aviod this company. They refused to refund the money even they made a mistake.

Ordered a jacket, which had ridiculously short sleeves. Sent photo evidence but they are still insisting the product is fine. As per other reviews I’ve been offered a 3 dollar refund. Scam artists, avoid at all costs

I bought some boots, completely unusable, defective and they have refused a refund, offering $3.
Responses via company and PayPal have failed to resolve this scam.

Do not buy from here. They are scammers.

Bought a pair of boots that were not as advertised, clearly counterfeit. They told me I could only have my money back if I returned the boots to Hong Kong (even though postage states they originated from the US), which would cost me more than the boots. Doesn't seem very fair as what was sent to me was not what they were advertising.

They offered tiny refunds and were very unhelpful. I eventually got my money back from PayPal, though PayPal at first said they couldn't help me. But I didn't give up so PayPal eventually paid me back themselves, probably just to get rid of me... Don't take no for an answer if you purchased through PayPal.

Stay well away from this company.

**DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM**Ordered a pair of Phoebe boots. The strap was a different colour to the picture shown.
Both boots have split across the bottom. When I emailed them to say I wanted a replacement or refund was told that it was over the 15 days return policy. I informed them that the boots were faulty so was entitled to still ask for a refund up to 6 months. Was offered £3 in compensation (what a joke). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM WASTE OF MONEY
