This is to rate the customer service team rather than the product itself. I bought some of the panties from Girlfriend (hunting for the best panties that work under leggings). Unfortunately, the panties from Girlfriend were quite, frankly, awful - didn't stay in place and runs a bit too large. I left a 3-star review on the said panty and GF customer service reached back out and offered me a refund on those. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I purchased 2 pairs of leggings and both were awful. I am a mid-size girl, so I meticulously measured and I was on the Med/Lg cusp, so I ordered a medium, because I’m athletic. They are far too big. They offer no compression and are unflattering. The pockets on the leggings, both inside and outside are a disappointment and just awkward in size and placement.

In addition the seams are unflattering and the fabric thickness shows every flaw or divot in my skin. I wear no show underwear when I workout and you can clearly see the outline.

Unfortunately mine were final sale, so I am unable to return, which is on me.

Do yourself a favor and just don’t.

I ordered leggings well in advance of a yoga vacation i am going on. My order was placed on April 26. I still have not received them and today is May 7. I called DHL and they said the package was supposed to be delivered by May 3 but said I had to call Girlfriend Collective to tell them I did not get the package as DHL wont deal with me. You cannot call customer service.

I love girlfriend Collectives sports-bra. I love them so much. Gave me a new life. I have the Dylan-bra in like 6 different colors.

Dishonest and very untransparent clothing recycling policy. Customer service was smug and passive aggressive.

They did go above and beyond in one way, though: It takes a LOT to make me annoyed enough to write a review. Good job “Daniela” from customer support!

I was gifted a pair of new Girlfriend leggings, no issue the first couple times I wore them and had washed them, but wore them again and this time for a whole day, running errands and lounging, it caused a severe red bumpy rash around my crotch and bum cheeks area, I do not sweat a lot and did not work out in them, but did wear them for a whole day. They are not breathable enough and must have some serious issues with the fabric itself. As this was a gift, there is no way to get a refund or complain through the regular channel, but I want to seriously warn anyone who is thinking of buying from them. I’m sick to my stomach and the rash looks like it might cause me scaring. Never had this happen wearing clothes or activewear before.

The cut is SO bad! I spent 75 pounds on a single legging which is crazy because the quality is terrible. Don’t buy.

I bought 2 pairs($170+), first time I wore the full length out on a walk. It started to rain, after 30 mins durin the rainy walk, it felt like my bottoms were rolling off my butt. In fact by the time I got home, the tights were literally sliding off to my crotch.
Unfortunately, I put the other pair in the wash. Since the first pair "slipped in the rain", I decided to wear the other pair outside in the rain. A similar incident occurred. I decided to return the items, unfortunately, I found that since I washed the item n wore them, I was unable to return or get any credit.
I tried to communicate with the company regarding the problem, but unfortunately the only response I received was to return your items intact. Never with a human.
Would never waste my money on this garbage again.

These are the worst stretch pants I've ever worn. They barely have any stretch, are baggy in the waist and crotch and too tight in the calf. Such a weird fit. I have to pull them up every 2 minutes. What makes it worse is that I wanted to support an eco brand and paid way too much money for these in order to support a more "sustainable" company. These pants are so bad that they are going to the donation heap and will likely end up in landfill. It would have been more ecologically friendly had I stuck with my usual brand that I know I will get thousands of comfortable wears out of.

I am a Lululemon devotee no more. OMG Girlfriend workout gear is *amazing* the compression and quality is second to none. Far superior to Lulu and cheaper too and also more modern due to their fantastic styles and colours. Delivery was quick and flawless. Already plotting my next order:)

Loved the pants, and have always had my items delivered in a timely and correct fashion. I've got some pants from 2019 still, and they've been washed hundreds of times. Very ethical company and they even offer some good sales plus a decent rewards program.

Horrible service take money no product. Don’t answer phone calls! Emails back and forth for days , no progress order still sitting in hub, contact information unavailable, no refund processed as requested. Need my money back. Never order from girlfriend collection. Not located in the states. Good luck getting order or refund.

Package took two weeks to get here and was open completely when it was dropped on my porch. Customer service blew me off and told me that I could have $10 off my next purchase which isn’t going to happen…

Leggings look and feel amazing, but I’ve had massive pilling on two pairs after a few months of gentle use. I regret not waiting longer before making a repeat purchase.

As mentioned before, the sports bras are really unflattering, especially when worn under a t-shirt.

I bought the cutest and warmest giant parka from here last winter and just recently received my order for a few undergarments. I was hesitant because the price is more than I normally pay but you can't argue with their sustainability statement, and these are my new favorite undies BY FAR. I'm curious about the negative reviews pertaining to customer service
which I can't speak to as I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, but my experiences have been excellent so far.

I placed an order on 5/5/22, got a message that there was a 'delay at customs' and never got anymore tracking updates other than a label was created. I looked at tracking again on 6/1/22 and there was zero movement, says it's still waiting to be received by usps. I contacted GC customer service on 5/31 asking for an update and that I wanted a refund. The response was that the item was delayed at customs and would be shipping within the week, no reference to my request for a refund. Of course the items never shipped within the week because the package is most likely lost. But you think GC cares? Nope. I reached out again, this time requesting a refund asap. They have not responded. I'm literally being ignored. They took my $160 could care less whether or not I actually receive the items I paid for. After leaving a bad review I noticed there only good reviews on the website. I'm pretty sure they are hiding a horrid customer service track record. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again and am actively pursuing a dispute with my card issuer. This is unbelievable customer service.

I gave 4 stars for part of the order, but I agree with another reviewer - the bras are not flattering. They squish your chest and it looks pretty unbecoming with a tshirt...maybe made to be worn just as is, without any shirt over them, or with a sweat jacket? i returned a size M and got an L (I'm at 36B bra) and it still squished my chest. Bummer They are comfortable, though!

HORRIBLE customer service. they reply with automated messages that have no relevance to what you are actually asking/saying. STAY AWAY

Very poor service.
They are listing products they do not have and when questioned they keep delaying the response

They refund part cash when I pressed them for a refund.

Take months to turn around for any answer.

the sweatshirt i ordered said it was made out of cotton, this material isn’t what i ordered. it is 100% polyester. the picture is completely different from what i got sent.
