I did few transactions with them and been fine but today tried several times and payment process does not work. I contacted my bank and they said everything it is fine on their side and must be problem with merchant.

To give balance we have used this company about 6 times and 5 times it has gone like clockwork. It is the other occasion that has led me to leave a review to warn others of the dangers of using this company.
I now know they operate 3rd party so I assume they take a commission for putting buyer and seller in contact. When it went wrong (the item didn’t arrive and no contact from the seller through the suggested methods) I found it impossible to communicate. I have had about 3 email responses in 2 months and what was promised never happened. Fortunately I got my money back via my credit card protection.
I didn’t read the reviews before using this company but if you are fortunate enough to read this and get an early warning I would ask you to consider… is the cheap price and availability something you are prepared to compromise for goods that may never arrive and the frustration you will face waiting, lack of communication and hassle. Your choice but in summary this company is good when all goes to plan but when it doesn’t…………. be prepared to be disappointed

I have ordered an item on onbuy which hasn’t been sent to me I have contacted the seller and the onbuy customer care team and have had no reply from either parties I am not happy as I have still had to pay for the item and have not been refunded. The after sales care is absolutely appalling. I have gone down every avenue to get this resolved and have had no help from either the seller or onbuy. Will not be ordering from this site again!!!

Placed an order with Polic via the On buy site. One month later still not received it. I asked for a refund as it was obviously not going to be delivered.
I received a part refund only as they said it had been sent
and blamed it on the logistics company.
I will not be placing any future orders with Onbuy!

Wish I'd read the reviews first, I normally do for companies I've not dealt with before.
I ordered several items, not realising that just passes the order on, probably taking a good cut from the money paid. When I realised that the majority of the order had not even been received by the carrier days after it should have arrived I decided to raise a complaint. Now, as far as I'm concerned, my contract was with OnBuy but this is where they abdicate their responsibility. Customers have to contact the seller directly and give them 48 hours to respond, after which OnBuy should step in with a refund. One big con, no refunds by OnBuy given so hard luck customer. Fortunately I used PayPal so I'll be raising the matter with them.

I recently (unfortunately) opened an account with this company. I now appear to be on their marketing list and have begun receiving unsolicited advertising from them.
My problem is that the use of their UNSUBSCRIBE reply does not operate - merely one of those 'oops try again later' messages. Surely there is a legal requirement to operate a workable Unsubscribe system ? O.K. On Buy get on with it !

I've had to resort to this as I haven't recieved this item, and onbuy are not responding to my messages. So I can't even get a refund. I've had to escalate this further. Absolutely shocking service. And I will never use them again. All good until an item from one of their sellers doesn't arrive, then nothing.
I suggest noone orders from them.

They are supposed to respond within 48 hours, and they haven't. I'm only able to speak to the seller who can't refund me until onbuy sends the request through.

I have ordered a football soccer kit to offer to a special person, but unfortunately, this came as a size of a child. I ve asked them to accept this back an send me the adult size M, which they refused once someone had signed for my delivery (wich was not me).

Absolutely disgusting, made two orders from same seller, one on the 25th August which I received and the same again on the 29th and still nothing, contacted seller and onbuy, seller sent screen shot of receipt for first order and when I ask for proof of delivery for second one they send the same message, cant contact onbuy again as they said I have to reply to the emails, I have done this many times and still no reply, complete load of shambles

Absolutely dreadful. Was sent a very poor counterfeit item. They offered me a third of my money back and keep the item. I persisted and was asked to return it. This cost me £4.19. I finally got a refund minus the postage.

Undelivered and unprotected - beware
On 2/9/23 I ordered a £36 product through a seller on OnBuy (Order #T52RQM9). As of 15/10/23 I have yet to receive it. I have had several emails from OnBuy (Novelyn?) and was referred to the Buyers Protection team on the 28/9/23. I have tried repeatedly to contact Novelyn and the Claims team since then, but they do not respond. Sadly, I only saw the reviews (not managed by OnBuy ) of OnBuy too late. Although OnBuy makes great play of their Buyer Protection scheme it hasn't protected me at all. I will not be buying from OnBuy again - it is not worth the worry.
