I wanted a one time order to try the gummies but they won't let me cancel!
I wanted a one time order to try the product. They came all melted together. Their return policy is super long and you have to pay $8 to return a bad product and then they will decided if you get your money back. They were told to cancel my order and even responded with it was canceled. They have just charged my card again and keep trying to get me to continue on the gummies even though I have made it clear I wanted to cancel. This is unacceptable. I would not order from this company!!

I’ve considered this product for some…
I’ve considered this product for some time and have carefully researched creatine supplements. OMNI was forthcoming with important information. That said, I decided to try it. The shopping experience was clear and easy.
My only criticism is that I wish purchasing didn’t go immediately to the SHOP app. I would much prefer to work directly with the company to finalize a sale.

Confusing Signup and subscription
Very confusing sign up and once you sign up they hook a person into a monthly subscription and even though I was able to cancel I was charged $50 but was only refunded $34 as had to pay return fees and restocking fees even though I had canceled and instead of deleting my account they keep emailing me to rejoin so had to block them.

Scammers. Have an F rating at the BBB. Market a 30 day moneyback guarantee, but when you go to return the product, there is no return or refund portal to do so and they only have one email address to contact that does not respond at all whatsoever. Then although I did not subscribe to any type of program they still sent me two more shipments after I repeatedly requested to cancel and refund.
