I wish I checked the review before buying:
1. Very low quality, rubber soles; I got something similar on Temu for £3 and I was made to pay £33 for a pair of rubber sole Orthopedic shoes
2. Took over a month to arrive.
3. Sizes don't fit. So item was useless for me. They refused to refund or to offer me another one
4. Packaging was very unprofessional.
5. Low quality. Will not last. Very cheap.and fake material.
6. When ordering, you do not know it is from China. This is low quality stuff from China.
7. Omegawalk is a rip off company.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! I have been scammed twice. Do not fall victim.

This company is fraud. Avoid them at all cost. I lost about 65pounds to them. Shoes could not be returned and they refused to send me one that sizes. The pictures you see is not what you are getting. Though I lost the money to fraudsters, I know karma will catch up with them. A company with fraudulent activities like this will sure go under. Don't be deceived by the name, it is a Chinese company. TEMU is way better. The sames shoes they sell with rubber soles can be gotten at £5 on Temu. Fraudsters!!!!

Very very cheap material , nothing like the picture of the trainers they are advertising , cheap.and tacky trainers very misleading pictures and advertising

I received my shoes and they were too small. I asked for an exchange and they quickly got back to me and advised they would, I would just need to pay to have them reshipped. I kindly advised that I wouldn't be doing that as I already paid for expedited shipping and I ordered my correct shoe size. They got back and said they would reship and 0 cost to me. Thanks!

I placed an order and requested a refund because they were to small but they asked me to pay an additional $24 and they will re-ship me a replacement orderso I did but I never received my replacement order so I reached out again and they say it was delivered but it doesn't provide the actual address so they said I need to contact my local office and I did and they told me the address it was delivered to was not my address and they couldn't give out the address it was delivered to, so I told Omega what was said and they sent an email saying they could send me another replacement if I send $24 more dollars...Really
I will never order from them again the customer service is horrible.

This company really cares about their customers. I was unhappy with my shoes, and they understood perfectly. I am going to get another pair of shoes of my liking, and all for free! I can keep the shoes I didn't like! Is it not wonderful!

OThe shoes look nice and comes in perfect condition. When u order go half size . Customer service is helpful in making sure I'm satisfied because I had to reorder a bigger size

Terrible customer service!
After 2 months of "out of stock, please choose new", shoes arrived but are too tight. I repeatedly contacted customer service and nobody has responded to my emails! I paid over $50.00 and don't have shoes to wear.

Took way too long to arrive (around 2 weeks) - the company probably drop ships and it shows.
Shoes are ok as I bought them with a discount, wouldn’t pay any more money for them though.
I don’t think they’ll last very long at work, I’m not 100% convinced they’re orthopaedic (seem too lightweight) and I don’t think I’ll buy from them again.

I would give zero stars if I could! DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Also....there sizes are not accurate which puts you in a position to need a return. This in turn puts you in a position to pay more and adhere to their ridiculous refund policy!!!!! SCAM SCAM! Run from this company!

I had an issue with a recent order and needed to request a refund. At first, I was unsure how the process would go, especially after having to cancel my debit card, but the customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive. They guided me through every step and made sure my refund was processed correctly without any stress on my end.

I really appreciate how professional and patient they were throughout the process. Their support has restored my confidence in the company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again. Great customer service!

The first time ordering from site. Great results tennis shoes were very nice. My daughter loved them no delay in delivery. When she needed a new pair I ordered them in September for her birthday it is now November and have still not received the shoes

I ordered socks and shoes from Omega. They shoes are wonderful. They are just pictured and very well made. The socks are very nice and durable. I highly recommend!

These sneakers are light and comfortable something I needed for work. I did have an issue with sizing but I reached out to customer service and they made sure to take care of me! Great customer service. My next pair will definitely be from here.

Good quality product (at least out of the box) and really good customer service even after I made a mistake with shoe sizes.

I should have looked at the reviews before buying. That was my first mistake. As I work long hours on concrete, I searched for comfortable shoes and came across the Omega Walk Shoe. Desperate to find relief, I just purchased them through the website suggested by Google. Unfortunately, the shoes arrived and were far too tight for me. Even after requesting a size exchange, I was asked to pay a fee, which I agreed to. However, the process took unnecessarily long to resolve. Frustrated with the customer service, I decided to request a refund instead. Now, they want me to pay for shipping costs to return. I wouldn’t recommend this company
