The hotel was very good. The drivers were so polite and very accommodating. Some of the best drivers we’ve had.

Just booked again with omega go to see Mamna Mia The sales team were very polite and helpful .The they had good knowledge of the trip and took time to explain any queries we had before we booked.ĺ

We had a lovely time on our trip to Birmingham to see Torville and Dean .
Coach driver was friendly kept us informed .
Hotel was nice with plenty of options for our breakfast it was quite a way out from the venue though.
Only criticism would be due to the early drop of in Birmingham on Sunday nothing was open in the Bullring .
Would definately travel with you again .

Felt like we were not in the main hotel as we were ‘ upgraded’ to another building. Hotel basic but clean and comfortable and good breakfast. Really good position to get into centre of London

My northern lights evening was more than just looking for the lights. Pete’s knowledge was outstanding & he told us all about what we were seeing in the nights sky. I really enjoyed my trip. It was well thought out & I would consider doing it again.

The telephone operator was polite, helpful and was informative

Expert talk before trip was excellent, flight good, saw loads of constellations, Mars and Neptune and flew for 45 minutes in and around the aurora but unfortunately no reactions so no bursts of colour

the northern lights flight was very good Pete Lawrence was excellent as our host , we did see the lights which were amazing, I would recommend doing this.

This was a brilliant deal.👍 The hotel in Chelsea football ground - Stamford Bridge - was perfect- clean tidy nice breakfast and little bar area . Plus the ticket for Hamilton was in a really good seat. All went wonderfully - really pleased with my 18-year-old granddaughter‘s Christmas present.

First: we enjoyed the experience. Next, we can suggest ways to improve it.
Because we had to travel by train, it was a panic for us to find that lecture was a long way from airport -expensive taxi back to hotel late at night needed.
Lecture was very interesting but presenter should have checked equipment (sound and powerpoint) beforehand - sound got fixed but most of slides (bottom half) invisible from halfway up room - screen too low.
We realise why presenter then and during flight kept noting that seeing northern lights dependent on nature and might not be visible -it did get boring -but in fact our trip and from other previous photos, it seems they seldom get beyond an arc of greenish grey. However, the stars were truly fantastic , as was the organisation of viewing and commentary. For those not familiar with constellations and how to spot stars, would recommend a bit of advance homework. Maybe presenter could send in advance or give at lecture some handouts with diagrams of constellations because names, eg Orions Belt etc, don't really help with identification. Hotel for presentation (and where we stayed because of late finish) was a bit basic, see lecture equipment above, and staff a bit lackadaisical but it sufficed for price/in an emergency.
We did note that we both needed assistance at airport. On way out, it was great - very helpful. On return it was hopeless, possibly the airport's lack of staff late at night but there was no help from the Omega team, only left to aircrew to get us down from plane, then there were two wheelchairs for 6 people.
We fortunately booked our trip through Travelzoo and so were less annoyed by the problems than those who paid twice the price. Many friends have enquired about trip as keen star watchers- we have had to provide a plus and minus commentary.

First night in hotel in Reykjavik given wrong directions into town so ended up walking a long way and then staying in a deserted hotel bar all evening. Food passable but not great.
Good trips out but could have done with more time in places of great interest and less in those that weren’t.

Great 2 nights at the Stamford Bridge Hotel with tickets for Hamilton. Everything was very good, hotel was easily accessible from Fulham Broadway tube station and there was a bus stop just outside. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast which was included was excellent, great selection to choose from.
Our seats at Hamilton were in the stalls and we had a great view. Great value trip.

Good information provided, hotel was great, theatre ticket seats were great all in all great value for money.

I did the northern light flight back in November 2024 and I enjoyed every part of it I will highly recommend their northern light flight experience
