Superb Service with 1st class professionalism

The customer didn’t utilise the packaging provided to protect the device, sent pictures for proof before he sent said device (digitally dated 3 weeks before sending to us) We gave an honest opinion of the device (it’s been polished, has waves on the screen, shading on LCD from pressure and no oleophobic coating) Tell tell signs. We offered the customer a free return, got swore at, called all the names under the sun, and then he threatened to send the police. We are just trying to be honest and provide a solution to get it returned to them so you can look at other options. This device doesn’t fall under our clearly stated T&C’s to offer the full value.
As you can see from our previous reviews, we try to go above and beyond to help all customers by giving them a simple, stress-free solution to recycling their mobile device.

Excellent experience with olympus recycling ♻️ sent phone off and within a couple of days I had money in my account. Grate communication, letting me know when they received my phone and when the person was going to check it, then when transferring money to my bank. Would highly recommend them

Easily the best service I've experienced! Highly recommended.
The online process was complete in less than a few minutes, the delivery company arrived the following day to collect the phone and boxed it up, and the money arrived in my account the next day for the highest value they said I could expect.

VERY GOOD
VERY GOOD! Brilliant price, checked a comparison site and they gave the most money for my S22 ultra. Requested a bag to send it in, received next day. Posted on the Thursday, they had received it, checked it and paid out all on Friday. Absolutely cannot fault the service and would recommend to others.

Unfortunately the packaging piece is fulfilled by Compare and Recycle directly so we don't see when packs are not delivered to customers. I am however happy I managed to get a pack re-issued quickly. I will feed this back to Compare and Recycle to see if there are areas we can work together on to improve.

One of the best. They send you a prepaid postage box which made packing and sending the phone off easy. Once they received the phone they reviewed it straight away. Within a few hours of receiving the phone they had paid me for the phone. Fantastic and quick service.
