Great shopping experience, and decent product.
Great experience shopping here. Got a windbreak for a bargain price (I've found that reviews online for sturdy ones, and lightweight ones can be negative, this came well recommended). Great product, compact as advertised, ans great customer service afterwards (I thought something was missing, got in touch and was told there wasn't anything missing, but they will send it to me all the same)
10/10!

Tent good - dodgy delivery!
Olpro Kinver 5 tent was well packed and delivered promptly. Lots of useful info brochures included. Looking forward to using it and hope it performs well. Only downside was the DPD delivery - that didn't inform of their projected delivery time slot until well after it was delivered - and then the van driver then just left it in front of the house without even ringing the doorbell. Luckily the 'Hi - we've delivered your parcel..' email message came soon after - and the packed tent was still there - very heavy so difficult to walk off with!

Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re delighted to hear that your OLPRO Kinver 5 arrived promptly, was well packaged, and that you found the information brochures useful.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the DPD delivery. While the delivery itself is handled by DPD, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive the expected delivery time and for the parcel to be left without the driver ringing the doorbell. We’ll certainly take your feedback on board.
We hope you have a fantastic time using your Kinver 5 and that it performs brilliantly on your adventures. Thank you for choosing OLPRO! 😊
