Not next day delivery but put as right as they can
Update - refund and straps greatfully received - appreciate errors do happen but this company has corrected them in the best way possible - thanks very much!
I ordered some storm straps on a Wednesday evening as I couldn't find ours, paid for next working day delivery and expected them to arrive on Friday due to ordering after the 2pm cut off. We were camping from the Saturday, so this should have been fine - order arrived on the Sunday - too late for us to use - I want to return them but don't see why I should have to pay for postage again since I already overpaid for a service I didn't get

We’re really sorry that your storm straps arrived too late for your camping trip. Unfortunately, this was due to a system error, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been, particularly as you had paid for next working day delivery.
We have now refunded the cost of the storm straps along with the postage charges, so you won’t be out of pocket for the delivery service you didn’t receive.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and we appreciate your understanding while we’ve looked into this for you. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention.

A campervan sun canopy with a window. Looks cool & works brilliantly
I bought a sun canopy for my campervan. I had been looking for a while for a suitable one for my van & stumbled across Olpro. They had a sale on so I ordered my scenic shade with its £14 discount. It arrived within 3 days & was very well packed. It is very good quality & reasonably heavy duty, so should last many years. There are lots of sun canopies on the market however Olpro seem to be the only company that are doing this style, with a clear window at the front. So far, I'm very happy with it & it looks cool

Just bought the olpro hive
Just bought the olpro hive, not bad to set up but my word isn’t it hot inside. Who ever designed it and thought “I know I’ll put sky lights in” was an absolute plonker. It’s like a greenhouse. I’ve decided to black them out to make it better.

Thank you for your honest review! We’re glad to hear you found the OLPRO Hive reasonably easy to set up, although we’re sorry to hear you found it too warm inside.
We really appreciate the feedback regarding the skylights. They’re designed to bring plenty of natural light into the Hive, but we understand that in strong sunshine this can also contribute to the temperature inside.
We hope you’re able to get plenty of enjoyment from your Hive, and thank you for choosing OLPRO and sharing your feedback with us. 😊

Really outstanding company, very customer focused, always polite, thoughtful and not there just to sell. Advice, and help is brilliant - very grateful for the quick, no worry response to my query.
Just had a brilliant few days camping in my Orion 6 berth tent that I got from OLPro... very good quality, great design, clever features such as the air vents and to be honest the best tent I've bought (I'm 70 years young been camping for 65 of those years)
Thank you to everyone at OLPro - you're a very good company - grateful.
