I lost my government job in December…
I lost my government job in December 2025 because of our president.
I forgot to confirmed my request for cancellation and when I checked my checking account I was charged $137.12 for a shipment to arrive on/or about March 7th, 2026.
I did call customer service at Ollie and the representative was very kind, friendly and professional in explaining what happen on December 10,2025.
She took the time to explain what took place and tried to cancel that order, but I was one day too late. She did help me cancel my subscription and any future orders.
She was so nice that I felt she understood where I was coming from and attempted to help me cancel the current order/shipment but as I have stated, I was a day late.
I felt that she was very honest and went out of her way to help.
I felt very comfortable speaking to her.
She sounds like an excellent employee and Ollie should be proud having her as a customer service representative

Getting a delightful and fantastic greeting from Stevie. Who took the time out of her day to explain everything I needed to know. Employee's like this are special. She put a smile on my face for the rest of the day, and when I told Charlie about it, he was extremely happy. I get seeing a difference in his life now. And it's only been 2 months since we have him on the food and he loves it, he can't wait for me to get up and when it's dinner time he let's us know. Your food is special 😋 😍

I switched our dogs to Ollie dog food and I honestly wish we had done it sooner. The ingredients are real, human-grade food you can actually recognize, and the quality shows. Our dogs get excited at mealtime now and clean their bowls every time.

Our overall experience with the Ollie delivery and the quality of the food is 100% positive.
Ollie sends an email well before delivery date and also close to delivery date which I appreciate.
Our wee dog is always waiting eagerly for her Ollie food and we feel that the quality is well worth the cost. Her weight has stablized when feeding the recommended amount.

Overall Review
Pleased with the shipping packaging. Live in Florida so it needs to stay cold till it gets to the freezer. Ollie does a nice job with that.
Enjoy the packaging of the food itself. No scissors necessary. Easy pull back tab. Straight forward.
It has now been a few weeks and Ellie Mae is itching less, skin looks good. She even seems to smell better.
We went from a beef and chicken diet to pork and lamb and honestly, all for the better. She devours her food now, licks the bowl clean. We were feeding her Fresh Pet and while she ate it, nothing like the way she now eats Ollie.
Unfortunately we did not find Ollie until after we retired so for us, an expense we need to work into the budget. Will more than likely supplement Ollie with Fresh Pet pork roll to make it last longer.
We do appreciate your product. Our girl is definitely showing health improvements because of it.

We’re so glad the packaging worked well for you, especially with the Florida heat! Keeping meals cold and fresh from our kitchen all the way to your freezer is incredibly important to us, so it’s wonderful to hear that everything arrived just as it should.
It’s also amazing to hear about the positive changes you’re noticing with Ellie Mae. Less itching, healthier skin, and even smelling better are all signs we love hearing about. And the fact that she’s licking the bowl clean and enjoying her pork and lamb meals so much definitely makes our tails wag over here!
We completely understand that fresh food can take a little planning to fit into the budget, and we truly appreciate you making space for Ollie in Ellie Mae’s routine. The most important thing to us is that she’s happy, thriving, and enjoying her meals.

I love the Customer Service! Multiple times I’ve had to change my dogs subscription order and the help is incredibly responsive! My dog is very finicky. We have had to try every dog food brand and she is so excited for every meal. Plus she’s lost weight, which is what we were striving for.
