I bought two pairs of beautiful sandals…
I bought two pairs of beautiful sandals in the sale back in March. Unfortunately one of the pairs I only just realised had two left feet! I contacted the team via email and Katie couldn't have been more helpful immediately issuing a full refund while also asking the distribution team to search for the missing right foot.
They couldn't find the missing shoe, but did have one on the size above which is now on it's way - fingers crossed 😀
The customer service is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

Very good styles, colours could be bolder.
The quality and styles and fabrics are great, but the colours eg ochre overshirt , or rusty orange , are slightly less vibrant and bold than seemed on the website . I would like more range of colour as well, if the colour dyeing is good.
