Love the cap. Quality and finish!

My Solms jackets are the items of clothing I most frequently get compliments for. Apart from this high praise, I love the styling and choice of materials - with jacket choices suitable throughout the seasons.

I have been buying Oliver Spencer clothes for years, online and in store. Of the two I prefer the in store experience mainly because the staff are so friendly and helpful. That being said I have never returned any item I bought online. Keep up the good work.

UPDATE: Thank you to OS for contacting me so promptly to resolve this situation. It seems that even though I was receiving marketing emails from you, the gift card email had gone into my Junk folder.

Original message: I did not receive an email with it attached or one in the post and it has been over a week - can you reassure me that it’s on its way?

Shopping experience was generally good. I would only recommend to include conversion table between UK and Overseas sizes. I had hard time figure out whether my size 54 means certainly 44 in UK measures. It would be easier then include measurements of the coat, because is very difficult to imagine what is appropriate dimension

The sweater is beautiful.

I like Oliver Spencer products, mainly British made with a nice attention to detail.
However, I purchased on two occasions Cubbitt sunglasses and found faults with both pairs. On delivery, one pair had surface scratches to the frame, and the other a manufacturing issue with the surface finish. I admit they were minor faults but at £210 a pair, I did expect better quality.
Oliver Spencer were quick to refund without fuss, which shows excellent customer service.
I suggested Oliver Spencer have a word with Cubitts to check quality control in their London workshops. Never heard back from OS.

The shoes I wanted were in stock and are excellent. They are very good quality, will last (and are repairable) and are classic style so will look good in future years.
