I love Oliver Goldsmith sunglasses. They are thoroughly stylish, filled with panache. They arrived within a week, which is shockingly fast. I can’t wait to start wearing my new pair.

My usual eyeglasses boutique didn't have any more of Oliver Goldsmith frames, so I ordered a new frame on the site trying to match at the most the two Baxter I had before. The new frame Harlow came in an amazing packaging with a nice message, and even if it's a bit thicker (the new fashion, I guess) I like it very much. The comfort is real, I had to wear it for hours because of my work with computers, and I'm feeling very good with. I mean, I do not like eyeglasses, but the Oliver Goldsmith frames make it quite easy. I even fixed my previous Baxter with a copper cable, to wear when nobody sees me, the frames are just so good.

My order from London got delayed in US Customs in Indianapolis. Oliver's customer service guy contacted me twice during the weekend to explain what was going on and the resolution.. He got the glasses released from customs and delivered to my home. I am really pleased with my glasses , they fit perfectly and the measurement chart on the website was very helpful in ensuring this.

I bought a pair of Manhattan’s a little over a year ago, with my petite face they looked terrible which really broke my heart because I love the look of them but it was unanimously agreed they weren’t for me. (They looked fantastic on my best friend, so happy birthday for her) I was so happy, but a little dubious, when the Manhattan small was released. I finally ordered them and was so happy I did because they look great! They are much smaller than the original so I get the same classic look without being overwhelmed by the frame. It completely changed how they look on me and of course they are the quality you’d expect. I love them!

In my correspondence via email, I was told that returns were my responsibility for a "small fee". the fee was $180, that was not a small fee. I should have done my due diligence on this, but I would have preferred the direct approach which said all returns were shipped to London at my expense.
