Made appointment on line to have new "reading" lenses fitted to old frames. Everything went smoothly, from making the appointment, having my frames checked and lenses agreed.
When the "new" spec's arrived they were as I needed and after having the side arms adjusted / reshaped to accommodate thicker lenses, it makes reading a whole lot more comfortable.
I still use my varifocals throughout the day [especially when driving] but sitting down to immerse myself in a good book is now perfect.

My wife and I both needed new glasses, having new prescriptions. My wife had been to iwarehouse before and had no hesitation on returning.
Our initial contact was with the wonderful Jeanette. I required two pairs and I was amazed with how many questions there were about how and when I use my glasses. Reading, computer work, watching TV driving, during the day and night. Jeanette spent time making sure we had the best glasses for our needs.
Returning to collect our glasses we were looked after by the lovely Sally-Anne who ensured everything fitted perfectly.
iwarehouse operates an appointment only system, which is so much better, as you are not rushed and the place doesn't get packed out. Service is relaxed and totally professional, giving you confidence you are in the right place.
Sure, you can get cheaper else ware, especially on the Internet but if you want rubbish, be my guest. Your eyes are a precious commodity, so look after them.

The staff are exemplary, they are so friendly and professional, and always have time to chat and can even fit me in on the spurt of the moment, carry on the good work

Saw Jeanette who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She went through all the options with me and was very patient as I take a lot of time to decide things. Very happy with my glasses and would definitely go back again

I smashed my glasses and needed a new pair for my upcoming holiday. They were very helpful from start to finish and the price was great too. They managed to get me replacement glasses the day before my holiday, couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone. I will be going back for some sunglasses soon

This family business is absolutely the best place to go for great service, pure professionalism, and amazing selection of frames. Added to this the friendly welcome, patience, attention to detail and very reasonable prices why would you go anywhere else.

Lovely experience with amazing customer service 10/10. Great selection of glasses, I only got the cheapest as they are a spare set and did not get pushed to put more expensive add ons which was a so nice.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clear explanations and easy booking on line. Helpful with deciding on frames that will suit you when the decision is differcult as I found. No pressure on buying. The staff put customer first rather then making money. A huge choice of frames at very affordable prices. I will be going back again for sunglasses soon. Only small problem is the minimum parking available. I do recommend this company 100%.

Was recommended by a friend to try iWarehouse. I liked that it is a local family run business and the team were super helpful as was my first time buying varifocals. They had a very good choice of frames and took their time explaining how my new glasses would work and options available. Found the prefect frames and new glasses were ready I’m just over a week.

I absolutely love this place. Firstly, because they're honest. For the better part of two decades, I was wearing the wrong size frames for my prescription. I'd been to Vision Express and Specsavers and all the other big names, but when I came here, the first conversation we had, they were very honest in their recommendations, explaining to me why I should not have picked the frames that I wanted.

Secondly, the staff are fantastic. Fantastic sense of humour, they're very professional, and they're always willing to go out of their way to help. I could not speak more highly of this business.
