Imposible contactar con Olin. Tengo mi servicio de fibra en pausa y no funciona la pagina web. Tampoco el numero de telefono porque estoy llamando a Espana desde Francia y no se puede contactar por teléfono.El chat no funciona... Qué pasa? Esta quebrando la compania?????

Terrible service. Avoid this internet provider at all costs. They keep promising “we’ll fix it tomorrow,” but nothing changes. Over the last 3 months, there have been 4–5 outages, and each time it took them 1–3 days to restore the connection. Now I’ve been without internet for 5 days already. This is unacceptable. Do not use this provider’s services.

The internet service they provide is not good at all. Lots of disconnections. the website and customer area is horrible, you cannot do anything online, you need to call and wait forever in the queue. not recommending.

2 weeks that we have to wait for an appointment for Fibre installation !!!
It need them 7 days (!!!) in order to see there as still an account active which they have to cancell first in order to proceed with our contract...

I wanted to get an eSIM code emailed to me.
According to the web site “The eSIM is a simple, free, and eco-friendly evolution of the traditional SIM card. Discover how it works and all the advantages of switching to an eSIM.”
However that is only until you want one when the fee becomes €5 and they send you a form to complete with no access to do so which means “simple” is not the case.
Once a company becomes Spanish the BS and lack of simplicity arrives overnight, and you pay for total lack of service.
Worse than that they talk down to you as though you are the stupid one for highlighting the false advertising.
If I had realised Olin Broadband came with Yoigo cellnet I would have got Movistar cable instead.
UPDATE: I cancelled, their loss. They don’t collect their router and with no store in my town it’s a bus trip even if you have health issues.
Really considerate company, and I anticipate they are probably evading their responsibility to the aged health challenged.
RESPONSE UPDATE:
The router was returned as you gave me no choice. Too late to offer assistance now.
To compound your customer service, non user friendly behaviour, despite notifying you two weeks before the bill was due and notifying you that the DD was cancelled and I would pay my final bill by phone once you confirmed the figure and acceptance of the pristine router, your customer service team demanded €10 for a returned direct debit before you had even tried to claim the final figure or had even emailed me my bill notification. I would not recommend such a devious money grabbing company, nor do I intend to pay €10 until you prove I paid after you had a direct debit returned. I will also refer the matter to the ombudsman for “sharp practice”
All my communication is documented and receipt confirmed so no legitimate excuse possible.
People need to AVOID Olin as an honest credible provider. It’s a middle man piggybacking off third party main players so makes up its money seemingly by making up charges and failing to support customers.

For over a week our entire street in Marbella has had no internet service from Olin.
I have called customer services every single day and receive exactly the same response each time:
“No update”,
“No access to technical team”,
“No escalation possible”,
“No timeframe for repair”.
There is no proactive communication, no written updates and no apparent complaints escalation process.
For a telecommunications provider this level of service is completely unacceptable. A week without internet for homes and businesses - with no technical explanation and no resolution timeline - falls far below reasonable service standards.
I am now submitting a formal written complaint and requesting:
• A full explanation of the outage
• A confirmed repair timeline
• Compensation for the prolonged loss of service
Until this is resolved and communication improves, I cannot recommend this provider.

Not sure if they're still in business. Our Internet has been off for ten days and I'm unable to get hold of anyone.
It's always been unreliable. Just too lazy to change 🤦🏿♂️

Service if off or very slow more times than on.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Don't answer phone and don't reply to emails.

I’d give no stars but that’s not an option.
My internet has been down for 13days now and no one at Olin can explain why nor tell me when it “might” be fixed.
I have called them twice daily for updates but each time I am told, “your case has been passed up to a higher level”. So if this is being treated seriously, why not pay technicians to work overtime until it is mended. But Sir, they do not work on weekends!” They don’t seem to work at all!
Avoid Olin at all costs or you will regret it.
