Muy contento con el funcionamiento del internet desde que lo contraté hace un año. Casi ninguna incidencia en el servicio en todo el tiempo. Al año he recibido llamada de Nerea de la tienda de Huelva, que me ha hecho una oferta en la que ampliando la contratación de la TV y cambiando el pack de datos ganamos la TV y con la oferta ahorramos en coste. Genial su atención e interés, estaba pensando en cambiar de compañía y gracias a Nerea de la tienda de Huelva me quedo con Olin. Muchas gracias.

Viernes de black friday 13h se me va internet y me dejan sin internet... a nadie le importa que mi mejor temporada del año se vaya al garrete. Sigo esperando la famosa llamada del tecnico para cojer cita de reparación y estoy desesperada. Tengo malisima cobertura movil en la oficina y no puedo trabajar. Nose si sera mas rapido esperar reparación o contratar otro servicio pero estoy muy muy cabreada

I signed up with Olin for their fiber service, expecting a stable connection because I work from home. Today my internet stopped working completely around 14:00, during one of the most critical periods of the year (Black Friday). This caused a direct professional and financial loss.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that a technician might take up to 3 business days to even contact me for an appointment. For a full service outage, this is absolutely unacceptable. Any serious internet provider should handle such incidents urgently, especially when the customer depends on the service for work.

I can accept that technical problems happen, but waiting several days with no solution and no alternative is not acceptable. The response I received was slow, unhelpful, and showed no understanding of the impact this caused.

I cannot recommend Olin to anyone who needs a reliable connection or professional customer service.

Durante la contratación, la comercial me aseguró que en 3 días tendría la fibra instalada en mi domicilio. Hoy ya es el día 12 y sigo esperando. Esto no es nada profesional. Llamo al servicio técnico todos los días y no obtengo ninguna solución. Necesito Internet para mi trabajo y esta situación me está afectando mucho. Muy decepcionado con el servicio.

The internet is working, so I’m not questioning the quality of their connection. However, I wouldn’t even give this company one star — be careful if you ask them to install new internet cables. The installation they did in my newly renovated apartment is terrible. They’re claiming that I signed a contract stating I was satisfied with the results, which is not true. I haven’t signed anything, so I’m looking forward to receiving this supposed document. On top of that, they’re asking me to pay €50 if I want them to come back and fix their work. Your company has truly outdone itself in non-service. No internet for more than five days — for a problem that, as it turns out, could be solved in under half an hour. Remarkable. Every call to your servicedesk was a masterclass in how not to provide answers. And the promise to call back once the internet was restored? Naturally, broken. Instead, I received a call after the fact: “Oh yes, the internet is back on.” A feeble excuse, and nothing else.

My repeated requests for a proper explanation and compensation were met with the ever-reliable “I’ll check to see if that’s possible.” And now, four days later? Nothing. Nothing. And more of the same. It’s genuinely difficult to imagine how poorly a company can perform — but you did it. Bravo.

The Customer Service is terrible, you phone and they answer, then after a sentence they cut you off as do not wish to deal with it. This is after waiting 30 Minutes on hold.

Since been sorted out after driving 20 mins to the shop in Marbella, I need a new Router. Why not just give me one to fit, no, need to wait on an appoointment.

Me parece el trato agradable por parte de las chicas de la Tienda Huelva y me han solucionado los problemas cuando he ido a Tienda. Lo recomiendo

Our broadband connection in Nueva Andalucía (Calle Sirio) stopped working on Oct 31 and was reported then and is still not working. At Customer service they claim that the technical problem is identified but cannot still give an estimate on when the problem can be solved, they say that they cannot get hold of the technician. We are dependent on our wifi to work and at least I think we should get status update from the technician and this needs to be prioritized after almost one week of disruption!

Avoid company at all costs. They say it's less than 1 week for installation on their website and it has been over a month for me and still no real updates as to when the internet will be installed in my urbanisation. I found the customer service to be polite but not actually helpful, no solution, no updates, just "I will make a note". This is one of the conerns I had with using a smaller company compared to larger businesses such as Movistar or Vodafone where Olin clearly do not have the capability to grow and expand their base and instead of fixing problems or giving advice on the situation they just ignore the problem and move on. Do not recommend this service and based on the support received so far, I would not trust or rely on the technical team to fix any outages fast. We also live in Manilva Beach so it's not like the urbanisation is in the moutnians and easily accessible in a build up area with already major internet providers installed.
