I had to initiate a follow-up after nearly 3 WEEKS to inquire about the order status. Surprisingly, the following day, my order was cancelled without any notice. I just wanted to know the reasons behind the inability to fulfil an order or the prolonged delay in cancelling it. They did refund me but I needed that order for an event such a frustrating experience

this is a bait and switch operation -- I ordered a shipment of CD's; shipment arrived, but not all titles ordered were present, BUT they had changed the prices from the catalog price, this is bait and switch, plain and simple. I talked with customer service, who said "we can change prices anytime" and I then shipped the entire order back. USPS tracking confirmed receipt, and when I called a month later wondering where my check was, they said they gave me credit, and I had specifically told them I wanted refund. She promised a check within two weeks. Regardless, they increase prices from their catalog listing, beware

We placed multiple orders with Olides.com that were not fulfilled for two weeks (and counting), and when we asked for a cancellation, they refused. They said our orders would be canceled if they were not fulfilled within 10 days, 15 days later our orders still aren't cancelled. They oversell their merchandise and say it's out of their hands when you request a refund. Better luck with Amazon.

As i have always stated, the best place to find the country cd's that are hard to find.

very easy to order what it wanted and got here in good time

I ordered 4 records, all came in damaged covers, 1 was unplayable. I emailed customer service and was told I needed to call their customer service during their business hours. When I called, I was told a replacement was being shipped and given an ETA. After another 2 weeks waiting I contacted customer service again and was told nothing is being shipped and they won't honor a return.

Don't waste your time, their packaging is terrible so if your order is damaged they won't do anything about it. I have email chains and phone logs to support this review.

Had tried to order from this company in the past, but had bad luck with order--never received order after a month of waiting--had to get refund from PP. Thought I would give them another try, but same thing. Still waiting after 19 days. No indication that it has shipped or will be shipped any time soon.

I Believe that this business is doing great and I love shopping with them.

I recently purchased a vinyl record from Oldies.com and was disappointed with my experience because their checkout process was confusing and very difficult to navigate. And also, when the record that I ordered finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was not in the condition that was advertised! The cover had significant damage and the record itself had a lot of surface noise!

Was sent the wrong CD. I called and a customer rep. said they would send the correct CD. A week and a half later- no CD. So I had to call again. This rep couldn't understand why it wasn't sent out and wanted me to call back the next day.
Why should I have to go through such a hassle?

I decided to make another order with Oldies.com a few weeks ago and I ordered a 160.00 shipment that consist of 21 items. Just last week, I received this shipment/order but was very upset and disappointed to see that the order only included 7 items of this order. As of today...I have not received any additional information or any more of the items from this order. I am so disappointed that I feel this would definitely be the last time I will order from this company and this is so sad to say the least

There are so many hidden gems to be found at Oldies. You guys have something for every movie fan and your prices are great.

Received a destroyed partial catalog in the mail (not THEIR fault), was looking forward to ordering for Christmas using Premium shipping. I can't look at a computer screen for very long due to age-related visual issues, so I prefer catalogs.

Called their"order" number to order a new catalog, and was told there was NOTHING they could do, and I would just have to wait ANOTHER MONTH for another catalog.

I guess CHRISTMAS SHOPPING IS NOT A PRIORITY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Personally, I consider this age-based discrimination.

The lady on the phone and answered my questions very well and nice. She solved my problem and I placed an order!
