Will a member of the sales team was outstanding. What an asset he is to your company . Absolutely first class!.
I have been a customer for many years .
Standards have definitely gone seriously down.
I suggest that staff are trained by Will at Guilford or Sophie the manager at Broadway .
Their service was so old Oka. A pleasure to deal with!

The selection is good but could do with proactive customer service
The selection is good. It took some time to find a person to help us, but once we managed to find one it was very smooth. Wold be good to have someone attend to customers more proactively

I have bought a number of things for my home in the country over the years,always pleased with the helpfulness of the staff and of course the products.My recent trips to the Fulham Road shop,have been productive and fun.Salvo and Michael of particular help in choosing the various furniture etc needed.

Appalling service
Appalling service - waited in all day for a garden sofa - delivery time slot 12-2pm - at 8:15pm they called to say couldn't deliver as driver over his time!
No communication all day -despite double checking and them emailing to say worry not it's on it's way. Terrible service and total lack of interest in customer service. Never again!
