Terrible Supplier!
Terrible supplier. Stuffed up my order on 2 occassions. They refused to refud my 60k. Dont use them.
Update after their response:
The first order was wrong. They did make the scratch sleeves. I sent them detailed instructions and they still got it wrong. Other items were the wrong size.
The 2nd order was a hot mess. They sent me another labels puffer jacket. They used a different shade of black material across the range. The items cannot be mixed matched. They used different zips latches on the clothes. And some garments were not made to size.
And they delayed my project by not delivering the items.
AND THEY KEPT SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR GOODS THEY DID NOT DELIVER!
DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL.

Your primary concern has been sizing, but we’ve not yet received clarification on the specific issues. The sizing used in bulk production matches the approved measurements from the sample, which we’re happy to re-share for your reference.
To help further, we’ve attached the order sheet, sizing chart, and sample measurements (length, shoulder, chest, sleeves) for your review.
Additionally, we’ve invested significantly in your custom fabric, even beyond the amount paid, and production is already underway. As such, we’re unable to process a refund at this stage.
We truly value your business and hope you’ll take a moment to review the details provided. We remain committed to resolving this professionally and transparently.
