Assalamulaikum! First of all saad Ibrahim make my Eid so much wonderful and special, I loved my saree look♥️dress fitting is perfect, and saree same as shown in the picture, and wallah ur designing is very elegant saad keep shining

I have been ordering for a few years now and can’t fault the quality of the outfits received each time. All are so beautifully worked on and the material is defo worth the money paid.

I ordered the dress for Eid and it was exactly the same as it was shown on online display plus the quality, the fabric and stitching was amazing I loved everything about it ❤️

Extremely disappointed with this service. I was repeatedly assured that my dresses would arrive before Eid, yet the timings kept changing and I was constantly being misled about delivery updates. Because of these false promises, my order did not arrive in time and I was left without an Eid outfit on the actual day.

The communication was poor, the delivery estimates were unreliable, and overall the experience caused unnecessary stress during an important occasion. If the dresses were not going to arrive on time, honesty from the beginning would have been appreciated instead of empty guarantees.

Would not recommend based on my experience.

This is the worst clothing brand I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend them. I initially ordered two dresses for about Rs. 55,000 to wear on Choti Eid, upon receipt, the dresses arrived stained and clearly defective. The packaging appeared intact, so it wasn’t a courier issue. It was evident that cheap lace stained the garments. The staff were uncooperative and blamed the parcel team, which did not align with the evidence.

After weeks of discussion, they promised to replace both items with new ones for Bakra Eid. However, months later they contradicted that agreement, blamed the parcel team again and asked me to order items of the same value and accept two replacements later, which felt like an attempt to shift costs onto me. We had a protracted dispute, during which they pressed me to spend more so they could cover the cost.

Eventually I chose two more dresses within the same budget and paid the difference, plus Rs. 18,000 for shipping. They promised delivery within 1–2 days, but Eid arrived and the issue remained unresolved. I sent multiple messages few days before Eid requesting delivery before the holiday, especially since obtaining traditional clothing from abroad is challenging but there was no satisfactory resolution. Today is Eid and my Choti Eid and Bakra Eid were ruined. The experience reflects poor service, inconsistent communication, and broken promises

Outfit was super cute. Fitted really well and looked good on me as well. Shipping took one week to the U.S, and there were no issues. Love the suit

I ordered three outfits from Saad Ibrahim. I was sceptical as they appeared cheap but beautiful. They arrived in good time, exactly the same as the photographs. They are absolutely beautiful outfits and I can’t believe how quickly they came. I am extremely impressed with the service I received and this will be my go to place in future.
