It took me a lot of courage to speak out here is my experience from a worst workplace
I Would never recommend even my enemy to join this worst toxic and unethical workplace
I started my journey in this company on sept 20 2021 due to some high end stupid offers which were never fulfilled from the most unethical person who is the owner there.
On Novemeber 4 2021 two graphic designer resigned from their job due to toxic behaviour of this gentleman.
This gentleman then falsely accused me of backbitching against him and said that the designers have recorded version of the call and he cooked out a story out of nowhere that he has a call recording and maligned my name in front of everyone but he did not play the call .
Then he started targeting me and another intern just to degrade us more and more for something which we have not done.
Then i took medical leave due to severe eye infections and he saw this as a golden oppurtunity to degrade me more.
When i joined back he forced me to resign and he mentally haressed me a lot and said he will me experience letter he even said people like you are losers and will never find a job i want to inform you man i work for a leading MNC now.
Then he made me waited for one month and he then said he will not give me any experience letter . Recently i meet one of the designers and asked him the truth.
He said “SIR I HAVE NEVER RECORDED ANY CALL OF YOURS” and i never ever spoke your name in front of that person.Then i understood the entire scene the owner gentleman was trying to frame me for something which i have not done. I could have sued him for trying to malign my name and i am speaking out because people should be beware of such people

Now i have a message for you Mr owner:
Just because you have a gaming laptop a second hand car a smart watch and phone and you give food to street dogs it doesnt make you a rich or a good person an unstable immature person like you who has such unethical activities in their life know will remain poor for ever . I spit on you Man .
