Jason is not just an advisor, he is a partner.

Jason has been managing my Airbnb in Tulum-Mexico for the last 3 years.
What I like about Jason is that he treats my Airbnb and myself very personally. I can always count on him for any concern, advice, doubt. He doesn’t treat my business and myself as a number, he treats me with empathy . Really positioning himself in my place looking for my best interest.

Passionate, Prompt and Experienced

Jason has managed my airbnb since the beginning 5 years ago. He is personable, prompt, smart and full of passion. He has not only made my airbnb a breeze but his guidance and efforts built it into a superhost level and it has remained there. Most importantly to me is that Jason values relationships and that has made me feel supported even during the times that have brought unexpected challenges.

Intention goes and results show.

Jason is very thorough and knowledgeable. Fortunately I was introduced to him before I acquired our place in a new development in Tulum. It was obvious that our place was getting the majority of the reservations in our complex. His systems adapt to the rental climate and positions your listing in a very favorable place as our results show. I looked at his other properties he lists and all were rated highly.
